“this was a great hotel”
The room had a complete kitchen, which was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Great to have free internet access right in the room. Great value and I have already recommended this hotel to other people. I would definitely come back for another stay.
“Great hotel, friendly staff, very nice room”
This hotel was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was very nice (Samantha I think her name was, even called to see if everything was ok with our room after check in). I've stayed in some pretty disappointing places lately so nice to just be able to relax.
“Towneplace Suites-The name doesn't do the hotel justice”
Don't let the look of the hotel or its name fool you. This was an awesome hotel. The bed was a pillowtop, and the pillows were so soft and cushy-I could easily have slept for days. These hotels have their own kitchenetts, which was a change for a hotel but was such a nice plus. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. A+++ I have already referred several people to this hotel.

“Stay there at least twice a year!”
Everytime we go to Eden Prairie to visit my brother we stay at Towneplace Suites. This time we brought our puppy and there pet area was woderful. We also used the pool in the next door hotel. Everthing was clean. The front desk staff are always wonderful. Close to the Mall of America and Ikea. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the services were topnotch, but Minnesota was COLD! I was also impressed with the renovation that was going on.

“Home away from home”
We love the space of a two bedroom here. I snore so we need two bedrooms. The living/kitchen is just right. The grocery store is across the back so its easy to get breakfast food or more. Caribou is in the shopping center next to the hotel. Computer in the lobby was not that busy. 3 televisions. We were happy campers.
“Cheap and comfortable hotel”
It is cheaper compared with other quality hotels. Although it is far from downtown and Mall of America, it is in the vicinity of the big lake area (I don't know its exact name)and a range of stores like Bestbuy, JCPenny, Cub food stores.
“New experience”
some of the services were very convenient - like purchasing food I could microwave for dinner and breakfast - the food prices were high and the quality was a little worse than average but it did save money and time - the rooms are "lightly cleaned" (and the manager explained that rooms are not totally cleaned everyday) but there were stains on the doorway to the bathroom that should have been cleaned - i would stay there again but if someone was looking for a quality, high service hotel - i would not recommend it
