“Best Value”
Quite nice place - walkable to eating places and a small supermarket. Refrigerator was a bit noisy but I could still sleep well.

Excellent hotel in the perfect location. Very helpful staff; walking distance from great pubs and restaurants and downtown as well as being just one block from the river. The room was very comfortable. I use hotels a lot and this one ticked all of the boxes.

I was quite impressed by the quiet atmosphere. Needing to get up very early each day (4:30am) to make early meetings downtown, I went to bed by 8:30 each evening. Normally, the noise in hallways or neighboring rooms wakes me, but not at this location.

Great location, within walking distance to some wonderful pubs, shops. Cheap taxi trip at night. Clean, quiet and very affordable! Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

Nothing to complain about. There is a nice sports bar around the corner with great food and good beer for the evening and a great coffee shop next door to the restaurant to get some coffee and pastry for breakfast!
“Towne Suites offerrs (almost) everything we needed”
Hotel employees were friendly and helpful; the room was very pleasant and large. Wish there were two sinks in the bathroom area! That would make more sense for the number of people a suite is likely to have.

The hotel is located in the outskirt of Downtown Minneapolis. It is not in the heart of everything where you are subject to the traffic, noise, lack of parking and everything else that comes with being in a metropolis. This particular place is located in the "Warehouse District" of downtown which is surrounded by condos galore and only a few blocks from the heart of downtown. Since the hotel is surrounded by condos, it is located in a VERY QUIET residential area. You will often see many residents walking or running outside. You will not hear any traffic and it is never a problem to find FREE parking. There are a couple convenience stores a couple blocks down if you need something and it is very easy to get to one of the major interstates. The hotel has a very modern lobby with a very excellent front desk staff. The rooms are the typical Marriott Towne Place rooms but I was very impressed by how clean was, compared to similar Marriotts I've stayed in. I am going to stay here again. I've stayed at other Marriotts in Minneapolis/St. Paul and I am most impressed with this one. For me, it's the most comfortable, cleanest, quietest and most convenient place for me to stay when I come here for either business or pleasure. And it of course helps that I paid half the cost to stay at a Towne Place that was closer to the heart of things. I got a lot more for my money here!
“PLEASANT EXPERIENCE...”
THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS & CLEAN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY SUCKED WAS THE TV'S. THE ONE'S IN THE BEDROOMS WERE SMALL AND OLD AND THE LARGE ONE IN THE MAIN ROOM HAD A HIGH-PITCHED SQUEAL ON CERTAIN CHANNELS. THERE WAS ENCLOSED UNDERGROUND PARKING WHICH WAS A HUGE PLUS AND THE HOTEL WAS ONLY A $8 TAXI RIDE TO THE METRODOME. WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY.
