“Nice weekend at Sofitel”
Sofitel is a very nice European hotel. It looks to cater to business customers, so we got a good deal on a Friday/Saturday stay. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The reclining couch was a nice touch. The two hotel restaraunts are really good. They are high end, and priced accordingly, but the food was good. There are also some less expensive chain's like Chili's and TGIFridays, close by. If I can get a deal like this again, I will definately be returning.
“Great Hotel”
We loved the hotel and location. Close to airport and Mall of America. Very comfortable beds, great linens, good service. Would definately stay agin if we are ever back in Minneapolis. Loved the decor! Very modern!
“Excellent French Style Hotel”
Wonderful experience highly reccomended French atmosphere throughout. The resturants were to die for and the staff all around was very nice and attentive. Will return for sure. A+++

“What a great stay!”
My husband, 14-month old son, and I stayed in a Luxury Room at the Sofitel over Labor Day Weekend (Friday-Monday). To begin with, our late check-in was no problem, and a piece of cake. We had requested a crib in our room, and although it wasn't there right away, it didn't take longer than an hour for it to get delivered to our room. The room itself was comfy! Robes, slippers, the greatest shower...and best of all...THE BED! I never wanted to leave. We had a room facing the inside, but you would never know what time of the day it was with the blackout curtains, which was great for sleeping in. Our room was right next to the elevators, but the only time I could hear an ounce of noise was when you were in the bathroom...it was never an issue.

“Unsurpassed customer service”
A fellow traveller arrived to check-in after room service and all restaurants had shut down. 10 minutes later, the front desk staff managed to bring him some fruit and a sandwich, without his even asking!
“Great Beds!”
This hotel was very comfortable, the only down side was the lack of pool. We had a great time and the staff was excellent.
“Quiet getaway”
Such a surprise in the suburbs. Very quiet, adult hotel with all the ammenities. Staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Le Bar and Chez Collette were wonderful for an end of evening drink. We will be back!
