“Will definitely stay here again”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room. All the comforts of home. Within walking distance of many attractions.

“Comfy and Capable”
Nice touch to have a complete kitchen at my disposal as well as plenty of work room and a work out room. Being in the heart of downtown, it's convenient to everything. The fact that I could litterally see my office across the street was almost comforting. Great place to stay. I won't be staying any place else as long as my company does business in Minneapolis.
“Will For Sure Stay Again”
Everything about the hotel was perfect. Parking was easy, frontdesk was helpful, room was clean and super comfortable (the bed made me feel like I was in my own!). Never heard any other guests in the hallway. My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert and chose the Marriot for it's location to First Ave.

The staff was very accomodating and helpful prior to and during my stay. The rooms are clean, good sized, and adequately sound proofed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown MPLS.

“Great place to stay”
This is the second time I've stayed here with my daughters. The hotel is in the theater district and close to Barnes and Noble and Macy's. We can walk everywhere we want to go. The hotel is clean, the people are friendly, and when you want your car it takes about 2 minutes. The rooms are large and nice - we get the one bedroom suite and so have different areas to hang out in. I'll stay here every time when I'm in Minneapolis. Breakfasts leave a little to be desired, but a waffle and some juice are enough, and Panera's is close by.

The staff was really friendly, located in a great area, and for me the best part was that they were a block from the State Theater and the 2 story Barnes and Noble. It was a good experience, I would definately go back.
