“Very Nice!”

The hotel was very clean with large rooms. The staff was very friendly and it was very centrally located and close to the mall of America.

Beds were very comfortable with very nice linens. Rooms are all suites with a great corner sofabed. Loved the coffee shop with free continental breakfast. Great location..only 5 minutes to the airport.

“Great Service! Friendly Staff!”

Each of the staff we encountered at this hotel went out of his/her way to provide excellent service. If we missed a shuttle, they didn't make us wait till the next scheduled one. They called and got someone to take us (to the Mall of America). They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding activities and would print off information for us. We never ordered food from their kiosks, but instead we ordered directly from the staff (we're vegetarians and we need the meat removed from some dishes). The food was really good. This is a great place to stay.

The location, amenities, staff, and price were fantastic. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of America and the airport make it the place I will stay again. I was very impressed.

Very nice welcome and very clean/nice rooms. Very modern and reasonable price for the quality. Very close to airport but I couldn't hear planes landing. Highly recommend.

The Hyatt Place was a very comfortable place to return after a long day. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with warm but modern decor.

Easy access to airport for park and fly. Nice size room and good breakfast. Shuttle to airport worked well.

“Great While Waiting For a Flight”

I stayed her while waiting for a connecting flight. The staff were extremely helpful with directions, suggestions for dining and for info on airport parking. The maintenance staff were in the room in less than 5 minutes to repair a TV remote. I would definetely stay here again.
