The building that houses the hotel is a magnificent, historic, 1917, landmark building with public areas designed in the English Renaissance tradition. The hotel is located in the Central Business District near historic Rice Park. The University Club of St. Pauls Downtown Club ballroom, banquet and meeting rooms as well as the Saint Paul Athletic Clubs 60,000 square foot state of the art fitness club are all available to guests. “Little gem”

Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are ok, clean and comfortable . Not all outlets were working, nor were there enough. Location is ok, though food choices nearby are slim. Would definitely stay again. Good value for the cost
