“Business trip”

I stay at this hotel several times a year. The most impressive thing about it is the customer service and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room service delivery staff are top notch.

“Maybe would”

No smoking room that I requested. There was a wedding reception there and we had to go outside and around the motel to get to our car. The wedding party took over the parking area. They should have made parking for the wedding party in the back instead of hotel guest. I don't know if I would ever stay at this Hilton again.

Shopping

shopping at the Mall of America is a great experience for anyone. There are alot of things to do at the mall. It will take you at least 2 days to go thru and check everything out. This is the 2nd time I have been to the mall.

“Terrible Service”

We checked in & were dissapointed to realize the room was not a suite as the expedia pic conected to the booking had implied. The clerk did not let us know where things in the hotel were, ie: where we go to have breakfast which was not @ the restaurant but on the 2nd floor down the hall from the elevator, the restaurant told us. The shower in our room was not properly installed so we had lots of water on the floor &warm &comfortable was directly over C for cold. But the worst was shuttle service which is "reservation only." When you go to a place like MOA you dont know how long it will take you, so getting a shuttle when needed is almost impossible. According to a driver they were short staffed due to people going back to school full-time, its been over a month maybe they need to hire replacements. Theres plenty of people looking for work. Or there was the receptionist that demanded we be back @ the mall for pick up by 10:15 when we just got on the lightrail downtown and that takes over a 1/2 hour & it was already 10PM, they were insistant. They were rude about it. We were there for 2 nights never saw anyone over the age of 30 maybe 25 & they were the least helpful of any place I've been & this is a 4 star hotel! Will not ever stay here again, not certain will stay @ a hilton again the service was so bad. Plus being charged extra for things usually already in the room like a fridge. And maybe keep current on whats happening in town, like restaurant closings. Never again!

“A Great Experience!”

Stayed on executive level and it was great! Access to executive floor for continental breakfast, etc. was a real plus. Hotel is in great condition! Would definitely stay here again!

“Always a quality stay”

Stay in the cities multiple times a year and at over a dozen different hotels, usually of good quality. This may offer the best mix of quality and price. You may find others at a lower cost, but they will definitely be "cheap" in appearance and quality. You can certainly find more expensive, but most offer little if anything more than the Hilton. It is conveniently located one block off I-494 and close to the mall of america and the airport in a quiet safe area. Service cannot be beat and the rooms are spacious and relatively recently remodeled and have comfortable beds. The hotel staff is outstanding and very efficient at check-in and out. We have stayed here a number of times because when we travel we enjoy the peace of mind knowing we should expect an enjoyable stay without problems. Highly recommend this hotel.

“I'd stay again but...”

This hotel was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. The beds were wonderful with down comforters. I used the shuttle service to get to and from the MOA at 4:30 and 11pm. They shuttle anywhere within 5 miles which was a major benefit. However, you did need to pay extra for the internet. I thought was quite ridiculous, since it is normally free at other hotels. There was no continental breakfast. There was a buffet for $16.99 which was VERY overpriced for the four hot dishes, toast, and pastries you could serve yourself. Lastly, there were no heavy curtains so the light was blinding by 7:30am.

“Loved it, again!”

This was our second stay at the Hilton Minneapolis-Bloomington, and we were not disappointed. We booked through Expedia and got the breakfast buffet included, which is totally recommended. Breakfast is served in the Chop House restaurant and it is wonderful, complete with Starbucks coffee. We were close to restaurants, shopping, and Ikea. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff very friendly, the pool area clean (though not likely the best for kids). We came for the weekend to enjoy some time away from our kids, and we sure did. You will not be disappointed with this place!

“Great hotel”

We were extremely surprised by the location of the hotel in relation to many of Minneapolis' attractions. The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff was accomodating and servicable.
