“no choice of rooms with Expedia booking”

We wanted doubles, got a king, we lived with it, okay. The hotel itself deserves all the praises. The staff, ALL of the staff were helpful, friendly. I hope to get back there. Good food, other within a short walk. Great shuttle! Wonderful stay.

“Everything we needed”

All staff were extremely helpful, asked for band-aids, thought I would have to buy them but they just gave them to me. "little store" for some food items open 24 hrs. Bed was very comfortable, pool was small but warm and very fun, not extremely noisy. Had a great time!

“will stay in spring when we visit again”

Will be more than satisfied when we return in the warmer months. Condition, staff, and amenities were excellent for the price. The morning breakfast bar was outstanding. One of the finest properties we've stayed at anywhere in the world. Not kidding, the queen would enjoy staying here. A real surprise.

“great service”

a mechanical problem with the elevator scared us for a moment, but the night supervisor more than made up for it by offering complimentary breakfast vouchers and personal apologies for an issue that was not under her control. It was well handled and very very polite. Very quiet rooms, small but clean pool, great food (well worth the cost)

“Recommend this Hotel - Very Friendly”

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us to our destinations while vacationing in Minneapolis. We went to the state fair and they helped us tremedously with the easiest way to get there and back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. They helped us find a great restraunt also. The rooms were clean, especailly liked the fridge and microwave in the room. The walls are a little thin, depending on who your neighbor is but overall very satisfied and will definitely be staying there again.

“Best buy for the money”

This hotel provided just what we needed on this trip; microwave, refrigerator, shuttle, workout room, 24-hour snacks, and a breakfast buffet that was very good and very resonable. But the best part of our stay was a well trained staff who truly understands the meaning of guest services.
