“Great City”
Very nice place to stay. Only bad thing I did not like was no telephone books in room, had to go downstairs to find one, but that was only for residential and not any business phonebooks to look up any places to eat or store addresses.
“Home Away from Home for 3 generations”
This was more than I had anticipated for meeting the needs of my daughter, 4 !/2 year old grandson and myself. The home-like lobby and cozy dining area were great places to escape for an early breakfast or a little quiet time. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was most welcoming and helpful and the room service menu met all our needs. We will return.

Staff was helpful, room was very clean, near all attractions, Mall of America, Metrodome. Staff was happy to helpus with things we needed, quiet, comfy. RECOMMEND

It was difficult to find as the sign was in an odd place. Other then that I have no complaint.I would consider staying there again.
“nice hotel”
I did not stay at this hotel, actually. I booked the hotel for my cousin who came into town for a social event. She and her family indicated that the accommodations were very nice.
“Excellent overnight stay”
Reception was friendly and helpful. There was a good free shuttle to the Mall of America and to the airport. The pool looked nice and was open late. It was a good hotel to stay while I was waiting for my flight.
“Love it here, but...”
When we got there and wanted to check in, the clerk was looking for something under the desk, and just kept going about his business with us standing there. He didn't say hello, or I'll be right with you, or anything. Then, when we went to check out, there was noone at the desk, so we just left our keys there and hoped someone would find them.
“Very Nice!”
Overall our stay was great. The hotel was cute and very resonabley priced. The room was clean, bright and had a large comforatble restroom. The staff were very helpful with directions. It was abit difficult to find, but I would stay there again.
