“Excellent value”

Considering the low cost this hotel is great value. I stayed for 2 nights and only negatives might be there is no daily maid/cleaning service unless you stay a full week. One other small anoyance was that Hotel had "hard" water. This would of course be due to the area's water supply and the only way around that would be a water softening system which I am sure would cost a small fortune for the hotel. I'd rather have the low cost if it came down to it so this hotel rates tops for value still.

“Good Value”

Very good value. Hotel has "slimy" water. I believe this means water is "soft". Probably like that everywhere though in the area ??? Other than that a nice place to stay.

“don't let the lobby/hall/carpet scare you”

the room was very clean but the halls/carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in a while (crushed crackers in the elevator and surrounding area. I'd use the motel again only because of price and proximity; o/w i'd pass

“Good inexpensive lodging”

Quality of pillows was very poor. The bathroom needed maintenance, caulking in and around bathtub. Poor selection of cable TV channels. I would stay their again.

“Cleaning service is extra”

The personnel at this hotel are great but service is just not included in the price. If you know that linen service and cleaning are extra when you book with Extended Stay America, it will help you understand and appreciate for what they're all about. They're about providing a reasonable price for visits lasting a few or several days. Then you can spend your money elsewhere (see the dining tip, for example)

“Mediocre Hotel”

This hotel was a decent hotel for the price. However, my biggest complaints in order of importance are: (a) spiders in the bathroom, (b) no daily room-service, and (c) the comfort of the bed.
