Woolleys Steak House - This comfortable, 175-seat restaurant on the lobby level features a salad bar and serves a full American menu of sandwiches, salads, pastas, and entrées for lunch and dinner. Seating is on different levels, and the 10-story atrium with water features and live foliage is adjacent, giving the restaurant a refreshing ambience.

The visitor center for the 14,000-acre Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge is 1 mile east of the hotel, one of only four urban wildlife refuges in the United States. “Impressed & Very Satisfied from Iowa”

Very nice place to stay and will definitely look for Embassy Suites whereever we go. Great to have a reception to relax at night and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic!!!!! Can't thank you enough for a great way to end and start our day. The ONLY thing I would suggest.....maybe update the rooms sometime. The King bed was super, but the decor needed a little upgrade. No big deal. Thanks for a wonderful weekend stay in Bloomington!!

“Family getaway.”

Even though we had a packed house (wedding & two reunions) we still managed to have a relaxing time. This hotel is made for visiting with friends and family in the atrium, so make sure to bring them along... great family getaway. The extra $40 or $50 you pay for this room is made up for in the free drinks, great free breakfast and a 2 room suite! To take my family of five out for breakfast would have cost me $70 alone!

The staff was very kind and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, plenty of room. The only issue was parking they had wedding receptions going on so the place was packed.

“Great for families!”

It was perfect for travel with two kids: aged three and eight. I was concerned about noise, being close to the airport, but I only heard one takeoff, and it was after we were already awake. The pool was great - not too crowded, and very clean. It's a saline pool too, no chlorine to ruin your swimsuit, hair, and skin.

“Great base of operations”

We went to Mall of America; Metrodome and other downtown locations. Easy access by public transportation to everything and a home like atmosphere to crash at the end of the day.
