“By the glow of the mall.”

Enjoyed the room very much, pleasant staff,great breakfast. The only draw back was some lamps did not work and only one remote was working

“Would come back”

TV in the bedroom wouldn't work, bathroom wasn't clean under the sink area. Hot in the room, but was offered a fan. Otherwise good meals, and good service from the staff. Would recommend more then one scuttle at peak times when picking up at the mall. We ended up taking a taxi or we would have to wait another hour.

“Great Deal”

With the "made to order" breakfast and free happy hour - this hotel is a great deal. Easy access to the Mall of America - and the light rail which takes you downtown - perfect for our "Black Friday" adventure.

“Manager's reception and free breakfast were great!”

We had a few complaints, like the noise of other guests. But overall, the free happy hour and then full breakfast the next day made our stay well worth the price. We will stay there on our girls' trip again next year.

“Very busy, but staff was friendly”

Embassy Suites has a good reputation. Our room was very warm and stuffy, and the fan would only run if they air/heat were on. We had the temperature turned down to 60 and it was still stuffy in our room. The hotel was very busy and therefore the complimentary breakfast and mgrs. reception both had very long lines...and no empty tables.

“Fun Girl's Weekend”

Had a great time at the Manager's Happy Hour. Always meet fun groups of people. The only negative is there are not enough tables for the Happy Hour reception or breakfast in the morning. But at least they opened up another room for people to sit in.

“Great base of operations”

We went to Mall of America; Metrodome and other downtown locations. Easy access by public transportation to everything and a home like atmosphere to crash at the end of the day.

“It was "okay"”

Nice hotel lobby, but had to put husband on bug patrol when we walked in. After that, it was alright. Didn't seem the cleanest. Noticed mascara on the mirror and a spot of dirt on the carpet. The room seemed pretty old and the decor was mismatched. Wanted a suite to accommodate family of five, and it was perfect for that reason: ) Ate at the hotel restaurant for lunch and it took forever to receive our food. Staff was very nice though!
