Featuring the largest guestrooms in downtown Minneapolis at 430 square feet, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Minneapolis. All of our 229 spacious two room suites feature a separate living room and bedroom. Upgrading to Premium level suites reward you with complimentary turndown service, upgraded amenities, plush terry bathrobes and nightly beverage service.
All suites feature the Sweet Dreams® by Doubletree Sleep Experience bed: plush-top mattress, triple sheeting with 300-thread-count linens, a down comforter (duvet), oversized down pillows, in room laptop safes and MP3 clock radios. Separate living rooms include sofa beds, 37in LCD televisions, large work desks with hi-speed wireless/wired internet access (for a fee), microwaves, refrigerators, Wolfgang Puck coffee makers, cable television and in room movies.Bathrooms offer granite vanities, shower/tub combinations with curved shower rods for extra room, hair dryers and Neutrogena bath products.

“Amazing hotel”
Amazing hotel, very clean and luxurious. Rooms are spacious and well decorated! The location is definitely a plus, it is located one block away from Nicollet Mall in a very safe neighborhood. Staff a friendly and helpfull. I will definitely stay there again!
“Minneapolis getaway”
The room was very nice, but the bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in, including my own.
“excellent centrally located hotel”
Perfectly located in central Minneapolis, close to the finest restaurants and places of entertainment, this hotel provided everything we needed and more. The presence of a good-sized refrigerator and microwave allow for the freedom to avoid spending money unnecessarily on restaurants and room service. The hotel is spotless and the adjacent enclosed parking garage was wonderfully convenient. Amenities such as in-room movies, room service and parking seemed overpriced, but they were available as needed.
“First Ave proximity”
The room was great --- spacious and very clean with all furnishings in good repair. The bed was very comfy. Location is the main reason we chose this hotel --- walking distance to First Avenue (where we attended a concert) and lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, etc. The parking fee of $17 seems excessive, and I don't understand why you just don't mark up your room rate and say "free parking for hotel guests". ???
“Great location if you're going to State Theater!”
Hotel staff were very nice. Our room was great, exactly what we needed, VERY reasonable price. However, some of the price perk is diminished in my eyes as there is a $20 per vehicle per night parking fee (yikes) and the breakfast buffet is $17 with tax. Also, I stumbled down to the buffet, that looks like any continental breakfast I've ever seen and I helped myself to a plate of fruit. There was no sign indicating a price, just a waitress who slapped the large bill down next to my 5 pieces of pineapple, melon, and grapes. However, the hotel is right next to Brit's pub (our favorite) and the state theater, so overall, it is exactly what I hoped for.
“Perfect location for going to Target Field! Would definitely stay there again!”
Perfect location for going to Target Field. Loved that they gave us warm cookies! Very clean, lots of room, and very comfortable. We had a free breakfast buffet with our booking. I would not pay for the buffet otherwise. It was good but expensive. Overall, loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again!
“The hotel was everything we asked for and more!”
When we got to the hotel we found are room to be spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. If was if we didnt leave the comforts of our own home. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and they ensured that we didnt get lost while navigating the downtown streets. When we go back to Minniapolis we will stay at the double tree again. I just wish they didnt charge that double digit amount for overnight parking. I think it should be free if you are a guest.
“Love the area”
We stayed here because it was close to Target Field. We were able to walk to the game and back - after having dinner at a delightful Mexican restaurant that was about 4 blocks from the hotel.
“Very comfortable hotel in Minneapolis”
Room was attractive, well maintained and quite spacious. Living room furniture and beds were quite comfortable. Walls did a good job of blocking noise.
“Saturday night stay”
The only negative is the $18 per night for self parking. Excellant location can walk to pretty much everything in the downtown area re: clubs restaurants etc.
