A long line out the door for checking in and many rooms, including ours, wasn't ready at check-in after 3:30 pm. When we tried to get more explanation or information on when the room would be ready, we received a vague response. The staff member didn't take our number to let us know when the room would be ready. It was not a great first impression of.this hotel.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of this property was awful. There was pee on the toilet seat and surrounding bowl in our room, which I cleaned so my son could use. There was hair on the pillows and inside the sheets of one of the beds and the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. Had we not just got in from 30 hours of travel from Thailand I would have gone to further lengths to get a different room. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

The overall hotel was fine but the rooms were so HOT. There was so no way to control the temperature. We had to sleep with a window open and the window didn’t even open very far. When I called the front desk about how uncomfortable it was in the room they said this was a common complaint and there wasn’t anything they could do. We also had friends staying on the floor below and they also complained about the temperature. Needless to say no one slept well because of the room temperature. We will never stay here again.

This is an extremely dated property. I am very surprised that the Hilton Group has allowed this to fall into such a condition. Carpeting, paint, bathrooms, amenities are in dire need of updating…… NOT up to standards by a long shot !

It would have been nice if we could have printed our boarding passes on site for our flight home. There was no business lounge or office where we could have done that like in many other hotels.
