Our room smelled really bad the whole time, they also forgot to leave towels for us after the cleaned the room.

There was only one thing abt our stay that was less than satisfactory....the bathroom toilet did not flush and we had to do it manually each time. Our time is the hotel was very limited; only there to shower and sleep, so we did not report to housekeeping, however, seems the housekeepers and maintenance would check these things regularly.

hotel could use updating. was clean and nice people. good choice if you need shuttle to/from MSP or MOA.

very pleasant workers at the desk and others, good location for the activites we were in the cities to do

“Fantastic Hotel”

Overall a great hotel. Would recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed in other Days Inn's around the Minneaspolis-St Paul area and this by far is the best one we have stayed at.

“Decent hotel”

Comfortable and friendly. Only issue we has was with the pool area - not clean. No towels available at 10 am in the morning and it was filthy from the night before. Wanted some privacy a few of the days so we denied housekeeping but the other days we needed clean sheets and towels they never showed up. Oh well, still nice staff. Comfy bed.

“The room was very clean!”

I use to do housekeeping at a hotel here in Missouri. I take notice to a dirty room. Not here though the room was very clean, the toilet and shower were spotless. The housekeeping i got was wonderful, they made a significate change when they serviced my room, we had lots of stuff and food, they straightened everything up and when i came back to my room from a long day of play it looked wonderful, all i had to was flop down on the bed. The beds are a little hard for my taste but the room was excellent!

“More than 2 1/2 Stars.”

Should be rated at more than 2 1/2 stars. Loved the indoor pool, Loved the convenient location, and loved the comfort. Only downfall... we had an early flight out and had to leave at 4:30 am. No breakfast and no newspaper.

“FYI - not a complimentary shuttle transfer!”

We stayed here before a flight the next morning. We wanted a hotel that had complimentary shuttle transfer and this one came up on Expedia. Well it wasn't actually true and we ended up paying $5 extra/day for a our car to be parked there. It's still not a bad price but please, Expedia, take the complimentary shuttle transfer off the list! Otherwise it was a great stay, the staff was nice - we especially liked Steve, the shuttle driver!

“Days Inn Experience 02/23-26/2012”

First off and most importantly - the staff was OUTSTANDING! Always pleasant and helpful, day or night. The room was clean for the most part. Minor things that didn't impede on my comfort though. Pool is a little small so if you have bigger kids or a large group - not much room. Great for smaller families though or those with young children. The shuttle service could be a little more punctual.
