“Good stay in Minneapolis”

Helpful staff brought ear plugs in the middle of the night, and a shaving razor, printed out and delivered a mapquest with directions back to the airport, computer room was available for printing out boarding passs the night before my flight back home, located in a good spot downtown, close to everywhere we needed to get to. Front desk remembered my name, got directions and a good recommendation from the staff for breakfast at a venue not being their hote.

“"Ladies Choice"”

The hotel was more than accommidating! Four ladies were together for the weekend. The hotel provided us with printed directions to events and dining! Anything that we needed they provided! It is in a great location for events, shopping and dining! We will definately stay here again!!! Thank you to the Crowne Plaza and Expedia!! The parking ramp was a little confusing, but not bad.

“Right in the thick of things”

Hotel is in downtown with easy access to skyway (as in you don't have to walk outside for it) Knowledgable professional and welcoming staff. Room was perfect. Definatly returning to hotel and city, just to 'poke around'

“The nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a Hotel!”

The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful in everyway possible. The only thing that became a problem was the construction going on in front of the hotel. It took a few trips around the block to figure out where we were to go. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel!

Crowne Plaza was what I expected. It was reasonably quiet, quite clean, and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was convenient and had a good range of options. The staff were friendly. The location was very handy for getting around Minneapolis as it is right downtown.

“I would go back the next time I am in Minneapolis.”

The room was very comfortable. It was a tad noisy on Saturday night, people were running up and down the hallway slamming doors. But, the hotel had supplied ear plugs, so it wasn't a major issue! The convenience of the hotel to the light rail system was also a plus. Even with the temps being below zero for the most part, the walk to the Metrodome wasn't bad at all. I would recommend this hotel for any person going to a Viking game!
