This was a nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast offered a lot of options and was very good. Enjoyed my stay!

“Comfortable and close”

The hotel had a friendly staff and was close to the mall of america. It was far enough away so that it wasnt too crowded but close enough that it wasnt a long drive to the mall. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free breakfast was very good.

The secret to a great hotel stay is not the room it is the quality of the service and these guys nail it in every detail. Would not hesitate to stay again Really enjoyed my stay

This hotel was wonderful! Great breakfast, comfortable beds, and room was nice sized. The best thing about this hotel is the fact that I forgot my swimming suit wrap in the bathroom of my room, this wrap was from my vacation in Cancun and I was very upset that I had lost it. I called the hotel, they found it and mailed it back to me at my home address. Great staff and great service. I will stay here whenever I am in the Twin Cities. The shuttle service was wonderful also.

“Luxurious rooms”

The staff was friendly and helpful. They directed us to nearby dining, and the rooms were luxurious. The shuttle ran every hour, and delivered us to the airport.

Clean rooms.....very clean. As an ex-motel owner I am attentive to such things, and this one was near the top! Great breakfast!

Hotel only 5minute drive by shuttle. Did not like having to tip the driver each way however. And the weekend we stayed was a big high school sporting event and there were teenagers everywhere and took over the pool, but not the hotel fault. The 'poolside theater' was not functioning while we were there.
