“The Comfort Inn was very comfortable”

The room was very clean,staff responsive and the free breakfast was excellent.

“Nice but.....”

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet at night. They serve a large breakfast. The staff was slow both at the desk and at breakfast. If you are travelig with a large vechile or towing a boat this parking lot is tough to navigate and we questioned the security. We chose this hotel for the price and the shuttle service, but the shuttle times were not convient and we drove anyway. The mall has great parking for boats if you don't mind walking.

“Great for our stay”

We stayed for 5 days in this hotel in Bloomington, it was only 1 mile from the Mall of America and they had a shuttle that ran on schedule. The worst part of the hotel was the breakfast room was crowded every morning but they had plenty of food, it was just sometimes hard to find a table. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They have an indoor pool, we didn't use it but it seemed very clean. The beds were wonderful! I had a convention in downtown Minneapolis and this hotel is only 15 miles from the convention center. Very easy to get to.

“I reccomend it”

The hotel is very clean and the staff was very coruteous. There was a little issue with our key not working when we got back from the mall but they took care of it immediately. It is super close to the mall of America. I had a rental and it would only take me 15 minutes to get to the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Our hotel room was very clean and appealing. The shuttle bus was available every hour for the Mall of America and every half hour for the airport. We will use them again for our next trip.

the hotel concierge would do anything for me. Bottle of milk for the baby at night and gave us directions when we asked for them

“Enjoyed my stay there”

I stayed in a room with 2 beds. The room was plenty big for 2 people, which was nice. The staff was friendly. The hotel was attatched to an Outback Steak House, a bonus. Because I rented a car, I didn't take the hotel shuttle except to Mall of America. The schedule said the bus ran every half hour to the airport during normal hours. To Mall of America, the schedule was more spotty, about 6 times a day. You can't walk to the Mall. The breakfast was ok. consisting of cereal, toast, doughnuts and waffles. No meat or eggs were available. And the indoor pool was small. But the stay was comfortable ,and the price was good.
