Cons: the drains in the sink and the tubs need to be cleared out, the water running in the shower was not going down the drain.
Location: mall
good experience, handy to steakhouse, shuttle to mall is very nice

Very closed to Mall of America

Good location! Few min driving distance from Mall of America (nordstrom and Macy's entries). There is an restaurant connected to the hotel which makes the dinning easier in winter time.

Ok hotel, but manager is terrible

I prepaid for a 2-night stay for a friend and her child. She had to leave after one night because her child became sick. When she checked out, the woman at the desk told her she would contact Expedia to issue a refund for the second night. That didn't happen. I spoke to Expedia and they were willing to refund the second night, but the hotel office manager, Dennis, refused to confirm that my friend checked out early. He told Expedia that she did not notify anyone she was checking out. After speaking to Expedia, I called Dennis and he told me the same thing. When I told him I had text messages from my friend from that day, indicating what time she checked out, that the desk staff said they would call Expedia, etc., he then changed the story to "it's not the hotel's responsibility to issue the refund, it's your responsibility to contact Expedia and take care of it." He also stated a few times, "There's no way my staff would have done/said that because they're trained not to." It's clear that Dennis will do and say anything to not have to issue a refund.

Will stay again!!!

Pros: Free parking, free breakfast, free coffee service, free airport shuttle. Comfortable beds, quietness and cleanliness. Friendly staff.
Cons: Thicker door/walls. Next door guest was extremely loud. Thankfully, guest was only heard one night.
Location: Convenient to the airport, Mall of America, Outback, and Walmart.
Husband, baby, and I stayed 6 nights to visit family and we will definitely stay again. Key features for us in choosing the right hotel for us was free airport shuttle, free parking, free breakfast, and reading the latest reviews from other guests. It took me 4 days going back and forth comparing hotels and, thankfully, we were satisfied. When we got to our room, we were surprised to see how well maintained the room was and how extremely comfortable the beds were. Having Outback next door was a plus - which we took advantage of. Also, we loved the free coffee service at the lobby. Overall, everything was great!

Large room, quiet.

Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: At breakfast, far too many icing covered donuts and too few healthful choices in breads/pastries.
The room was comfortable, easily accessed near the rear door, and offered enough comfort for our stay. My only complaint is that the heating system runs hot or cold. We were there during extremely cold weather. When not blowing heat, the room quickly cools. When blower is on, it feels too hot. Thus, the heating system is not subtle.

Nice Hotel Close to the AirPort and Mall of Americ

Cons: add gluten free items to the breakfast menu please
Location: mall of America is near and the hotel shopping

Quiet, Clean & Near Airport.

Pros: The Clean quiet room. The Location very near to Airport. The Easy & fast check Inn & Out.
Cons: To make another computer Room. To start the Breakfast more early ( 5:30 or 6:00 AM ) to give chance for persons who are going early to the Airport.
Location: The Location was very near to Mall of America which is an amazing Mall where you can find & do everything. I think its one of the best Malls I saw.
It was very easy to book it with Expedia. Price was reasonable. Room was big, Air conditioned & with a very clean bathroom. Breakfast was included and of good quality. The Free WiFi was working well. All the local phone calls were free. There was only one Computer room , but quiet and provided with Free working Printer. The reception staff were very nice, available all the time & helpful except one lady who was nervous & working with angry face, but Check inn & Check out were very easy. Coffee & Tea were available for free all day & night. There was a Free Shuttle to Mall of America & Airport. The Hotel was very close to Airport and the Free Hotel Shuttle drop us in about 10 minutes. My stay for 2 nights were comfort and I liked it. I think I will recommend it for my friends.
