“Great front desk people!!”

I was checking in and it was myself and my two sons (5 and 1) ...and the young man named Justin was quick and helpful checking me in and even got me a first level floor room and handed me two coupons for few kids meals at the rainforest cafe. The room was very comfortable and conveniently located. Great breakfast including warm sausage and eggs and blueberry or plain waffles...the kids loved it.

“Stayed there two years in a row - will make it 3 next year.”

I was worried about this hotel after reading the reviews last year but took a chance and stayed there anyway. Loved it. We booked this hotel for our trip again this year and it was just as nice. The rooms we stayed in had been upgraded and the staff was nice and helpful - especially Justin and Nilo. Will be booking this hotel again next year.

“shopaholic”

If you are in Minneapolis to shop, this is perfect. The location is so convenient. The shuttle service is awesome and the people are so helpful and friendly. The accomodations are clean and ok. We were never there anyway. The price is right .

“Very nice place to stay.”

The hotel was very nice and the continental breakfast was great & free. It took 5 minutes to get to the Mall; and when we left early (4:00) a.m. it took 6 minutes to get to the airport. Only drawback--no hot tub. We would gladly stay here again.

Facility needs some upgrading and modernization.The beds were very uncomfortable and thank goodness were only needed it for 1 night.

“Served my expectation”

This hotel is conveniently located in a place close to airport, shopping and other entertainment spots and Outback Steakhouse restaurant is attached to its premises which makes dining easier. The hotel staff were good to us, if not superb. Overall it was a pleasant stay and it was a very short one.
