“Excellent Customer Service”
Stayed one night during a college visit trip with my two teenage sons. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with nice updated decor. Very convenient with good complimentary breakfast (plenty of seating when we visited), computers with printer, to-go coffee cups with lids, small refrigerator and microwave in our room and while there was no room service several restaurants deliver (we had good pizza and pasta). Front desk (Andrew and Allison) were extremely helpful in figuring out the best way to get to the college we wanted to visit. Shuttle was very convenient and all the drivers were very pleasant, especially Pat. Would stay here again!
“Dakota Ridge - AWESOME!!!!”
As a traveler this hotel is one of my favorites. Rooms are clean comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond. The shuttle takes you almost everywhere - they drop you off at the airport and pick you up (24/7). We already booked our next stay there and will continue to do so!!! THANK YOU!!!!
“Great stay”
My husband and I stayed here and are happy we did. The proximity to the attractions we wanted to see was great. The room wasnt quite ready when we arrived seeing how we were early. and Andrew at the front desk was very helpful and gave us directions to local eaterys so we could have lunch. When we did check in it was very quick. The only thing was we had to go back and get a different key as only one would open the door. No big deal. Breakfast was good. Just what you'd expect for a continental breakfast. The room does fill up fast, however there is limited seating in the lobby. The WIFI was easy for us to access from our room with our computer. Every time we passed an empolyee of the hotel they were always very nice and courtious. We are recomending this hotel to anyone who asks us how our trip was and in the future we will stay with Best Western. and when we go back to Minnesota we will stay at this hotel.
“Must stay in Mpls”
This hotel is beautiful, wthin 15 minutes of the airport and mall of america AND had the MOST FRIENDLY staff that I have ever encountered. Their van service runs 24 hours a day and will shuttle you to any local business. We were greated by their staff at the airport via the van service and it only got better from there. Their driver was funny, courtesous and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this location.
“Good place to stop in Minneapolis”
It met our needs, was clean & appreciated the shuttle to local places. The breakfast was a bit boring, but was not awful.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable rooms. This was my first time in Minnesota and first impressions mean a lot. Next time i go i will be staying here again without a doubt!!!
“Best Hotel in the area!!!”
We have visited 10 plus times and this hotel has been our "go to" place to stay. Comfortable environment - shuttles to almost everywhere in the area - staff is friendly. Will return again!

Of all the Best Western hotels that I have stayed at, this is the best one.

Great value, and a great place to stay. Complimentary breakfast exceeds most that I've experienced. I didn't find any issues at all with my stay here.
“Pleasant place to stay”
Fairly easy to find, not too far from the airport or Mall of America but far enough to be away from the noise. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nicely appointed and very clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast. If I had to make a complaint it would be the fan is a bit noisy even on low. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
