“Made a trip for a funeral much easier”

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service never took longer than 20 minutes. The room was always spotless. The garden area with tables was nice for morning coffee and a cigarette. The fresh coffee in the morning and cookies in the afternoon sitting in the lobby were a welcome addition. I stayed here for 8 nights and never had a single issue. The soda machine ate my money as I was leaving for the day - I got back to my room and there was a soda sitting on my dresser. The pool and weight room were very nice. The idea of a nice indoor swim before retiring for the night was great! I have family all over the area and the hotel was not more than 30 minutes from anyone.....and as an added bonus, I realized after the funeral that I was a half a mile from the cemetary, so I got to say my goodbyes before heading home after my trip. Thank you for making a very sad and stressful situation much easier to handle.

“Comfortable Stay”

Check in went smoothly and the all staff at all times were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even the toiletries provided were excellent and smelled wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again on trips back to Minneapolis.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Recently updated decor. I was very pleasantly surprised at the location...close to the U of M. They could have done a better job of keeping fresh coffee in the morning.
