“impressive overall”
continental breakfast offered many different types of food with many selections of cereal/breads/juice. better than most. hotel location to highway access is excellent. very helpful staff. Price was right on.
“Easy to find - very clean!”
Our room was very clean and the service was great. It was quiet and in a good location - only 5 minutes from the Milwaukee Zoo. We will stay there next year on vacation.
“Would absolutely go back.,”
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Minutes after arriving, I locked my keys in my car and being from PA had no way of getting a spare. The front desk woman helped me call numbers looking for a tow truck for over 20 min. Even after I said I would continue the calling myself she insisted on helping. In fact, everyone in this town was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked and didn't stink, as we were in a smoking room and normally the AC would have a stale smell to it. During our stay we saw other couples, and even families staying here, everyone seemed satisfied with their stay. A caution, this is a popular place for fans to stay during brewer's games, so there is a late night presence about the halls. Not loud and rowdy-definitely no wild parties or anything but you can hear the doors closing as people get back from the game all around you until like 2am. so even though we saw families, I personally wouldn't recommend this place for families who are on the conservative side or who are sensitive outside noise- though it wasn't loud, just noticeable.
“If You Want To Go To Brooke Field Square Or Mayfair Mall This Is The Hotel You Want To Stay At”
The room we booked, they didnt have but we got to upgrade for the same price. It was nice, very clean and right in the middle between the malls we went to. The lady at the service counter was nice and friendly. There was a couple infront of us who was mad because the room they wanted was non smoking and they got to a smoking room. The couple was rude but she handled it very well!!! I will want to stay there again!!
“Perfect”
We came on our Harleys' for the Milwaukee H-D Rally, we stayed two nights and thought the rooms were very comfortable and reasonably priced.

“Reasonably impressed”
For the money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is only about 8 minutes west of downtown and close to the zoo and two shopping malls.

The front desk girl was very nice and exchanged our queen room for a king room with no problem.
“shopping trip to Milwaukee”
The hotel was easy to find and staff was very helpful. The hallways could use some color or light. Had a damp smell in the halls.
“pay for what you get”
beds were hard. nothing special about the room. had muffins and bagels for breakfast, but make sure you are there in pleanty of time. If they run out at the time it is scheduled to end and there are still people waiting they will not refill if it is past the time it is suppose to end. **What out for the hugh cliff in the parking lot!!**
