It was terrible for room I went into TV didn’t work got moved to another room that TV didn’t work was told maintenance wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there till the following morning so I left for today. TV still work sink in the bedroom didn’t work so I checked out. It was one of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed in

Expedia double booked the room I booked so I did not get the jacuzzi tub that I had paid for. Also was not refunded the difference of the standard room I had to stay in. Stairs were covered in animal hair. Cigarette smoke lingering in the hallway. Just pretty awful.

Upon arrival, there were police and K9 units were searching the parking lot. The person who checked me in was wonderful, but when I went to the room it was nasty. There was blood stains on the upper sheet, and the lining sheet had a large dried out stain. I slept on top of the covers for this reason, or tried to sleep. For several hours there were screaming fights throughout the hotel that I thought might turn violent. I avoided being a statistic by not complaining.

The staff was extremely nice, but acted surprised about things they should of been aware of. For example the volume on the t.v. didn't work. And I got a surprised reaction with no remedy. I use a CPAP and was so exhausted after nights with insomnia. I took a sleep aid and woke up hours later with my machine not working. I discovered that the outlets on either side of the bed didn't work. And they ACT like that is news to them as well?!!! Trust me I'm not wearing a helmet drooling on myself. Apparently they don't care and do NOT fix things. WTH, seriously who is stupid enough to believe that?

It was dirty for the most part. From the entry to the lobby it was filthy, my room was uncleaned only the bed was made up however there were still particals on the bed. Residue from drilling or some sort of maintainance was left on the floor...components of packages were left on the floor and table. My room wasnt even cleaned the following day of my stay. The key card entry had delays...delay of accepting the card and even WORST the door would not automatically lock upon exiting this was YET ANOTHER DELAY. The ONLY positive thing i can say is that the staff was friendly. Like i know its a motel but i still expected it to meet the bare minimum, I've stayed at Motel 6's in Florida and its NEVER been this horrible. NOWHERE I've ever stayed had been this bad.

First room we went to disnt have a tv so moved us to another room that also didnt have a tv. So went back and asked if we could have a room with a tv and were told there were no more rooms available. The floors were dirty with stuff all over them,had to change the bedding on both beds because there was hair all over. You can tell its pet friendly as theres clumps of dog hair on the carpets in the hall (i do own my own dogs) oh and cant forget the door to the room that was chewed up by a dog

Unfortunately the pictures on Expedia did not summarize the room properly. I paid for a hot tub in the room and did not have a hot tub. When we walked into the room the TV was on as if someone was just in there a couple a minutes ago which was unsettling. Also, the sheets and pillows all had stains on them and we found a few hair within them as well. If you are looking for a nice safe place to be with your family, do not go here. Overall, terrible experience. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

Check in lady was great. Kind and helpful. Location itself was a warzone. In the span of a 10 minute check-in we saw multiple giant pit bulls in the halls and lobby, 3 200 lb st bernards, strung out people shuffling around in front of the hotel, a woman was robbed there shortly after we arrived and the police showed up, with screaming in front of the hotel and every other room. The room we were shown and did not stay in reeked of bleach and was still very dirty. Turning on the heater filled the room with a lingering stench, and the window was broken. The place was unsafe to stay at with a cat, unsafe to stay at as an asthmatic with allergy and unsafe for other obvious reasons.
