“very good hotel”
Good service, interesting decor
“Beautiful Hotel”
We have a wonderful stay. The hotel was very impressive. The room was large and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was delightful. I was amazed at the quality for the price!
“Amazing Service”
There was really only one problem that I had with this place. The bathrooms had a weird smell to them. Maybe there is something wrong with their systems. But otherwise this place was great. Everyone we encountered was so kindand helpful. Everyone was very pleasant. We called down to the desk a couple times for various things and they were quick to fulfill our request. The location was perfect for various types of activities.
“Can't wait to go back”
Crisp and clean with friendly staff. The lobby and bar are a great place to relax and the room service was perfect. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to the lake front, river and shopping.

Forget the car, you won't need it. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown. The parks nearby host free events. Local transit can get you to the ball park or the festivals. Plenty of dining options are just a few blocks away.
“Great Weekend.”
PROS: Very helpful and friendly staff. Location and parking was convenient. Room was comfortable and nicely layed out. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice big screen TV and wireless. Good breakfast package. CONS: Plumbing works fine, but a bit dated. Room decor somewhat drab. Parking through the hotel is pricey. OVERALL: Very happy with the stay.
“Coudn't ask for a better stay”
Along with an attentive staff, comfortable room with a great view of city hall, and great dining, the following happened. While on line at security in the airport on my way home, my cell rang. It was the front desk telling me they had my wallet, which I inadvertently left in the business ctr. They offered to send a bellhop out to the airport in a car to get it to me before my flight. Fortunately I travel with my passport, and there was no way the bellhop would've made it in time due to traffic. They Fed-ex'd it over night on Sat. it was at my door, in NJ, first thing Mon. morn. I mean really, that's service. You would be crazy not to use this Hotel if you have business in Milwaukee. the location is excellent as well.

This hotel is in the heart of Milwaukee. A first rate hotel with an outstanding staff.

Above all, the service was impeccable. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to be helpful in a very courteous way. We were very impressed.
