I apologize for the overall experience you had as it does not reflect our standards on several levels. I have shared the cleanliness concerns with the Housekeeping team. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do about the hot tub as the necessary parts for repair are backordered. The breakfast selections are consistent with the Fairfield brand though we do try to have some variations for our longer staying guests. I have discussed this with our breakfast team as well.
