“good stay for reasonable price”

The location is perfect for visiting Milwaukee's main sights. I love that they have free wireless and free breakfast (mmm, waffles). The parking fee ($10 a night) is cheaper than any surrounding hotels. It was easy to find and convenient to pretty much everything, with the lakefront, art museum, and discovery world within a 5 minute walk! The elevators take about a zillion years to come, then the doors close on you. Our air conditioner worked to make the room cold, but it was still very humid--enough that my clothes were actually damp. Other than that, it was a good place to stay for a reasonable price. I can't comment on the "nightclub" because we never saw any people in it...and there's so much pink neon I wouldn't go in there myself. LOL.

“Nice and Safe”

The hotel is comfortable, has the usual amenities including a large breakfast buffet, has good views of the lake and is within walking distance of a park and a restaurant row. There's a nightclub downstairs that had good music and a lot of cigarette smoke. I live in a nonsmoking city so that took some getting used to. The only negative was parking. The guest deck is small and onstreet parking is limited.

“Reasonable Accommodations”

Please note that the hotel is not actually on the lakefront. It is a block inland from the road. You may see the lake from the side windows of the hotel. The hotel is in the downtown area. If you're looking for bars and dining, you may have to go down a few miles, but you're not far from it. The rooms are clean and internet access was available. The continental breakfast is pretty standard with pasties, toast, a waffle maker, juice, fruit, cereal and milk. The work out room is decent.

“Good weekender hotel”

Rooms are neat & comfortable. King matresses are a bit shorter than standard it seemed, but still adequate for sleeping comfortably. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at the hotel - resonably priced and a good location.

“Nice stay”

Went to INS to take citizenship test, comfy warm room,clean,nice staff,convenient place close to INS building, will stay again because it is very close to lakefront,maybe next time it will be a little warmer as it was -10 with -30 wind chills, obviously no fault of hotel,they even went out to my car to put in parking pass so i didnt freeze any more, thanx again

Good, friendly staff. Very responsive. Lobby, room, excercise room clean and well kept. Only negative was wireless internet connection kept dropping.

“The Aqua Bar”

The Aqua Bar in the hotel was an unexpected emenity. So cool you would expect to see Austin powers come in.
