The hotel front desk staff will not inform you of your breakfast voucher if you did pay that ahead of time with your booking- causing the breakfast hall to try to proceed to charge us a fee to eat when I have already paid with my booking. The lady working the breakfast hall admitted that the front desk staff do that a lot to not tell the people checking in or not about their breakfast voucher, leaving people confused as to why there’s a charge to eat breakfast. When we checked out of the hotel, the HEAT was blasting at 85 degrees throughout the halls when it was already 73 degrees outside. Some people do take medication/have health issues where that can cause someone to overheat quickly. There are no microwaves inside the room. There is only ONE elevator throughout the whole entire 3 level hotel- keep that in mind. Fine place to lay your head at night, don’t have high expectations of your stay and inform the front desk staff/breakfast staff if you did pay for your breakfast ahead of time to avoid additional charges.
