“SUPERB APARTMENTS”

BEST MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED IN - EXCELLENT VALUE AND ONLY A 20 MINUTE TRAM RIDE TO THE DUOMO IN MILAN. CLEAN ,MODERN QUIET AND SPACIOUS WITH VERY HELPFUL STAFF

“Would definately stay here again!”

stayed at this place just last week and i was very impressed with it! Spacious, clean an all round well presented place. The hotel is situated near a small town which is very handy. There is also a park literally 2 seconds away where families can take there children to play. Language barrier wasnt a problem either as the receptionists spoke very good English. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to other people.

“Good deal.”

The apartment is located near the train station so we can hear trains at night. However, it is very well furnished and spacious. In addition, you can cook that can make savings. The supermarket is near. Trams bring in the center of Milan in 10-15 minutes.

“Good Apart-Hotel”

Residenza Calvino was very satisfactory. Simple, but clean and friendly staff. Didn't have any problems with noise from the trains as the room was located on the quiet side of the building. Tram stop into town is about 5 mins walk and takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre. You can also walk to the main clubbing area within about 20 minutes, so location is pretty good.

“Very noisy”

This new hotel has a to offer the traveler wanting apartment style accomodation. The rooms are modernand spaclious,but the proximity of the railway line created a problem with regard to noise.

“Great Hotel, poor location”

This hotel is clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the location is poor. It's just too far away from public transport, shops and restaurants. My advice would be to spend a little extra and stay in a better location.

“Residenza Calvino : des appartements neufs mais excentrés”

Construction très récente "design". Appartements décorés avec goût; Cuisine équipée. Principal intérêt de la résidence : le très bon rapport qualité/prix pour Milan. Inconvénients : localisation excentrée (tram + métro pour rejoindre le centre), pas de ménage pendant tout le séjour (5 jours-4 nuits), pas de climatisation et voie ferrée à proximité occasionnant des nuisances sonores.

“horrible customer service, did everything in their power to make my stay very bad”

This hotel is located in a distant part of town. The employees absolutely refused to offer us any assistance, even with something as simple as giving us a location to get something to eat. They refused to clean my room till we checked out and we were there for 4 days. They were very rude to me and my children, my daughter cried about having a horrid vacation. They were just too bad. Dont ever stay there.
