Buon giorno, come ripetuto piu volte abbiamo avuto un problema con il pos e nessuno si è mai permesso di dirle che avrebbe dovuto pagare due volte perché queste cose non è nostra abitudine farle, se poi lei è diffidente le abbiamo fatto anche chiamare expedia per i chiarimenti. Cordiali saluti.

Needs a makeover and a deep clean
Receptionist are kind and welcoming. But, I got mislead by the ratings. I often stay at hostels, so I’m used of places that aren’t fancy or super clean. I don’t care if it’s old, which this hotel is, but I like to have some cleanliness and hot water. When you enter the area where the rooms are, you immediately smell an old ”smoke smell”. Don’t know if it was allowed to smoke in the hotel back in time, but some sort of smell is always in the background. The first thing I see is a silverfish on the bathroom floor. There is old limescale, some of it turned brown, over the faucet in the sink and in the shower cabinet and the shower head (there was black dust or ash, I honestly don’t know, at the top of the shower cabinet + old hairs). Bathroom door can't close because the wood at the bottom is damaged. After you’ve flushed, the water is dripping. Managed somehow to make it stop the next day. You hear other guests taking showers, flushing, snoring. Had to wait 20 minutes for hot water in the shower. Many furnitures are damaged.
 There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. You can’t pay the city tax with card, only cash, they told me they don’t want to pay the card trasmission fee. Didn’t get a receipt of it. This hotel needs a good makeover. If that's not possible, start with a deep, deep clean. Try get rid of the smell, change old carpet in the main area, change old lamps in room+bathroom. Get rid of towels with yellow stains. Clean remote control.

It was a lively time at this hotel, the transport si very close to the location and in just 20 minutes you can get into the city centre. The staff was lovely and very friendly. I stayed in a single room, plenty space and just about right. However, one thing to mention, the shower cabin was minuscule, very difficult for me to take a shower. The cabin was probably really tiny and very hard to take a shower in. The breakfast was vast and plenty of food. Overall, a really nice experience! I recommend!

We had a good time staying at Nuovo Rondò. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Although it appears far from central Milan, there’s the M1 train service that runs frequently and the journey takes about 25 minutes; the Sesto Rondò station is walking distance from hotel. Also near the hotel is a patisserie, gelato shop, and the Il Gigante supermarket, which was very convenient. I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the room!

Una notte per visita all'ospedale S. Raffaele
Siamo stati accolti da una persona cinese gentile e disponibile. Non c'é parcheggio e l'auto va lasciata in strada. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza piccola con bagno stile mare e attrezzato per persone disabili (water e seduta doccia) nonostante non avessimo la necessità. Colazione semplice. Ok

Super Unterkunft für einen kurztrip
Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend und die Anbindung in die Stadt ist sehr einfach und schnell. Jedoch empfehle ich eine Station Richtung Innenstadt zu laufen, da man ab dort mit einem Ticket für mehrere Tage fahren kann, was günstiger ist. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer wechseln müssen, da in unserem die Heizung nicht ging und es relativ kalt würde abends. Das ging dann problemlos über die Bühne. Das zweite Zimmer fanden wir auch gemütlicher und schöner. Es hatte tatsächlich sogar einen Balkon und es war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Es würde uns jeden Morgen frischer Italienischer Kaffee gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen kurztrip sehr empfehlen.

Ottima posizione e conduzione familiare
Ho soggiornato al Nuovo Rondò insieme alla famiglia per un weekend. Hotel situato su una strada pedonale a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della metro e dalla stazione di Sesto. Molto comodo per chi non vuole utilizzare la macchina. Hotel tranquillo e silenzioso, stanze abbastanza pulite; personale alla reception sempre cortese e disponibile. Colazione abbastanza curata. Le uniche note stonate che segnalo sono l'impianto di riscaldamento in camera che è disponibile solo un paio di ore all'alba (durante il nostro soggiorno a metà ottobre dalle 5 alle 7) e soprattutto il sovrapprezzo che viene chiesto all'atto del rilascio della stanza pari a quattro euro a persona al giorno che viene giustificato come tassa extra per utenze e che non è altro che un forfettario per consumo elettrico (voce presente in fondo alle note al momento della prenotazione online ma abbastanza celato soprattutto per chi non si può mai aspettare al giorno d'oggi un simile sovrapprezzo per un servizio dovuto che il 99% degli altri hotel comprende nel costo della camera)

Hotel is a homely family run hotel.
Hotel is friendly family run hotel. Staff are really helpful. Rooms are not modern but are big and well maintained. Hotel is really clean. Breakfast is adequate and plenty of it. The hotel is 3 minute walk from the M1 metro line which is really useful. Around the hotel are a few bars and restaurants but overall it's a quiet area. Highly recommended.

Great Stay
We are a family of 4 and the room had sufficient space for us, hotel is located about 300 mts from the metro station which makes it ideal to getting back and forth to city center. Rooms were basic but clean and offer a good night sleep. Good security the hotel looks the door at night but there's a person that stays in the lobby for anybody that gets back after hours. The hotels sits in the middle of pedestrian only plaza with several business around, unfortunately we were there right at holiday season so most of them were closed. The couple in charge of the hotel were very friendly and very helpful, did not speak english but we were able to communicate. The airline lost our luggage and they were kind enough to point us in the right direction to buy clothes and let us use their electrical adapters for our electronics. We would definitely stay there again.

Bra hotell men se till att åka till rätt ställe
V ställde vår navigator på gatuadressen angiven för hotellet och hamnade i centrala stan Milano. Där finns en gata med samma namn. Kom ihåg att detta hotell ligger i förorten San Giovanni. Bra hotell med gulllig personal. Tyvärr är engelska språkkunskaperna hos personalen under all kritik annars skulle omdömet vara högre. Rummet rent och fräscht med bra plats trots att vi var fyra personer.
