“good value for money”
ideal if you go shopping for a couple of days - not 5 stars, of course, but in a good location, clean, and cheap.

The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The breakfast (included) had a very wide choice including a hot section and bottled drinks. The hotel bar provides complimentary hot canapes with your drinks which aren't that expensive for a hotel bar.

Even though this hotel is rated 4 stars, the service and the room quality was more like 5 stars. The staff was very helpful, and the room was perfectly cleaned every morning. Most recommended.

“reliable hotel in good area”
We have used this hotel for ten years and it has improved since it's refurbishment. The location is very good and the standard of the hotel is reliable. Breakfast can be a let down.
“Central and pleasant”
The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and one of the main shopping streets and 10 minutes from the Quadrilatero (the real designer shopping area). We found the place to be good value for money for a city centre hotel; the room was clean, with every possible toiletry you could think of in the bathroom; breakfast was a bit crowded (but on a Sunday morning); service was not bad; the bar was a bit weird deep in the basement. Overall we thought it was above average with the quality of the room scoring well.
