Nice hotel, modern, clean and good facilities. Terrible location. I’m the middle of a disused industrial estate with no links to public transport. Taxis to the city centre or local amenities are expensive, approx €40-€60 each way. This information isn’t displayed anywhere so factor that cost into your journey.

Good overall hotel. Distance to the city centre must be considered as it’s a 20mins+ car ride (public transport 40mins+). Public transport is not available within close proximity. Reception staff are not the friendliest. Good range of breakfast options.

Avoid this hotel for staying for the Milano Fair
Very very bad service and no help at all when the problem is needed. Also, I was a gold member and the hotel had plenty of rooms but no upgrade. Also, late check-out should be there but they requested 20 EURO for the late checkout. Avoid this hotel if you are travelling for business and want no stress.

The restaurant and Bar staff are very friendly and make you feel home since the location of the hotel is very close to the Roh Fiera but a bit secluded from other touristic areas.

Busy Hotel. Taxis not always available. Good breakfast but coffee machine dispensing products that are not at a standard of an international hotel. Shuttle to the fair was just ok. The actual shuttle needs to be cleaned and repaired. One front desk person in the morning is way too little. People had to wait in line to check out. Not good.

Good Place to stay but find it far from the city, as well as from the airport, room is comfortable...not much accessible to transportation, though they have a scheduled shuttle service.... they don’t follow the schedule, you have to call them to let them know if you need a ride/ or pick up at the train station which is inconvenient for tourist and those who doesn’t have access to phone. Some front desk staff need to improve their public relations....not very helpful when ask about going around the city....Sorry, we’ Not staying here anymore.

The hotel is very clinical and is very professionally run. Everything is clean and fresh but it lacks atmosphere. There is nothing to do locally but with the benefit of a free shuttle to the local station which is just a couple of stops from the centre.

Hotel on a budget
The hotel and the staff are great. The hotel is not located in a great place and it is difficult to find. GPS in both our car and iPhone sent us down one way streets to get to the hotel and it is in an industrial area, not close to any entertainment whatsoever. The breakfast is not very good, (stick with breakfast breads and coffee) and due to the food quality we decided against trying any other food while there. For the price in Milan however, the distance and poor location made it worth while.

Well kept, excellent service, not great location
We chose this hotel to attend a conference at Fiera Milano. While it is close to there, and the hotel had shuttles from 8am - 10am every 30 minutes, at any other time or to return to the hotel you have to take a 20 euro cab. Otherwise it’s a 20 min walk from the Fiera to the train station and it’s one station away from the hotel. The hotel itself was a bit somber but well kept and service was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable except for terrible air freshener / cleaning product smell that doesn’t go away even after opening the window. It must spray automatically because I woke up at 5am choking and after speaking with management they must have disabled it because it didn’t happen again. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Hotel is good with spacious rooms. The hotel is far from the center but offers a shuttle bus to a train station where you can get to a train. Breakfast needs to be worked on as juice is a powder machine. Breakfast room is not cosy at all, very "cold" area...

Our deal was booked as a package through Holiday Pirates so prior to going, we did not check out how far the hotel was from the airport. We flew into Bergamo and because of traffic, it took us about 3 hours to get to the hotel. Once there though, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A shuttle bus comes to collect you from the local train station and also takes you back there when you are leaving which I really liked. This is also free of charge. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfy. However, the kettle did not work and the air con did not switch off at night. This was rectified straight away after notifying staff. All in all, a good stay and would recommend. If you want to see the sites and stay here, I’d recommend maybe flying into Malpensa Airport instead.

Affordable Hotel
Great Hotel, Clean, Seems like it was just built or remodeled! Good size room, the breakfast could be better, but it’s good enough for a hotel breakfast. The only downside is its location! It’s far from everything and not even a single grocery store around, it’s far from train station but if you have a car it’s fine. Overall, I would give it a 5 star review
