“Very nice hotel. Perfectly located”

Beautiful rooms, 5 minutes from Esselunga supermaket. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved it. So close to Milan and on direct bus route.

“pick weekends”

nice hotel if rate is right. we stayed on weekend and rates were dropped. gr8 deal at low prices. they have family rooms. not far from downtown or san siro. free parking is limited . very neat rooms.

room had no safe,no tea/coffee making facilites,rooms very hot had to keep window open all the times,hotel bar very expensive,breakfast was ok,had fruit,cakes,toast,cereal,tea coffee,juice and a small selection of hot dishes.

“très bien”

hotel très bien tenu, personnel vraiment à l'écoute et chambre quadruple assez spacieuse avec une bonne literie. La situation géographique est bien car quand on connait les difficultés de stationnement de la ville : à 2 arrêts de bus du métro bisceglie ou possibilité de se garer directement près de la station #plus rapide#; bien que ne possédant pas de parking, le stationnement près de l'hotel est très facile.

“Séjour familial”

Malgré son éloignement du centre ville, la proximité du Tram offre une belle opportunité de regagner le centre ville en occultant le souci du véhicule. Hôtel très convenable Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Parking gratuit.. Restauration a proximité de qualité

“Not impressed”

The Idea Hotel in Milan, was very conviniently placed in the outskirts of Milan, with direct bus connection to downtown. We were a family of 4 and the room we got, had room enough, but they did not have enough towels. This was quickly remedied, after calling the reception, but the issue appeared again the next day. Main issue was the cleanliness of the room. I was literally afraid of dropping anything on the floor, that's how dirty it was. When we arrived in the room, dirty underwear from the last guest was still in the cupboard! But the price was fair (had it been clean), the location very convinient and if they refurbish the hotel as the staff said they would I would definetily come back.

“Not impressed!!”

I was very surprised that the hotel was rated 4star. It definately didn't appear to be. Staff were not That helpful, location wasn't good, rooms were Sub-standard. Would not stay there again or recommend.
