We stayed in a Tower Suite - good size and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though a bit off from the shopping areas, shuttle service is available for free and ver convenient. We're very pleased with our stay and will be back.

“Best Hotel Milan for Price vs LUX/SRVC/FEATURES”

I love this hotel!!! Beautiful and very luxurious private quiet rooms, great large luxurious bathrooms, great location, Great lobby, great restaurant attached that has a smoking room which is almost unheard of anywhere in Milan, for cigar lovers. The only mild complaint are the hard beds, but isn't that all over in Italy???

“A Definete Stay.. an Exceptional Expedia Price”

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were in Milan for a day before we headed to Venice and needed a hotel close to the train station. The hotel location was perfect - a quick taxi ride from the train station or if you are up to it and have small luggage it is a 10 min walk. When you leave the hotel you can see the beautiful Milan Central Station. They are a second walk from the Metro to go downtown or go in style with their free mercedes limo service to downtown Milan. The driver was super nice and helpful. I booked it on Expedia and seriously got 50% off the normal hotel rate. I have a friend in Milan who said that the price we got was unheard of and the Hotel is the best in Milan. The service was perfect and the hotel was so beautiful - but I have to warn you the bar/restaurant is pricey but worth it.

“Expensive breakfasts and drinks”

The Principe is a grand hotel, part of the Dorchester Group of super-luxury properties. The room rate we got was not unreasonable. What surprised us was that breakfast and drinks in the bar were shockingly expensive.

“Amazing Experience”

I was amazed when I arrived and sad when I left. The location is close to the Milano Centrale Train station, which made it easy for us to continue our journey. It is nested on a hill, behind a small park, As you enter the property the iron canopy surrounded by lush vegetation welcomes you. From that moment on.... you are in heaven..... The attentiveness of the staff is unparallel, make you feel welcome and cared for. They went beyond my expectation to help me find a specific baptismal candle I needed, to give an example. There is a shuttle available every 15 minutes to 4 different areas in the city, great service. I cannot wait to go back.

staff were professional, clean, and pleasant. Room cleaning took place twice a day. we really enjoyed it. few steps from the Milan central stations and 10 minutes walk to the famous fashion district.
