Starting from check-in to check out staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was epic with really good Italian style coffee, super clean rooms, lots of free parking place within the hotel area. Thank you for your perfect service.

Great hotel everything you needed. lovely staff and good continental breakfast . Buses a bit of a nightmare to get tickets for but once got them easy to get into the metro and then onto Milan citycenter. Taxus ftom hotelvery expensive.

Horrible Air Conditioning
When I booked the room, I booked 2double beds and when I got there it was 1 double bed and an extremely thin uncomforting pull out couch. The air-conditioning was horrible almost non-existent. When I complained and asked for a fan, they said the air-conditioning was fine and they refuse to give me a fan. The temperature of the room was consistently 28° Celsius. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable 2nights. It was also quite a distance from Milan.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Added bonus to have breakfast included! Local area seemed safe. We walked to a station in the next village to go to Lake Como (40 min scenic walk). To get into the city of Milan you needed to take a bus and the metro which had a regular service. Would come again!

Disappointed because it was stated it half an hour from town centre, therefore I spent more than 100€ only on travelling to get to Milan town centre. Apart from this, the price for the taxi that hotel is offering is more expensive than what it is ok uber app. No slippers… no kettle… plugs where coming out from the wall… easily … had to be careful … never used it again… lift could be only use by only one person at the time… air conditioner in the quanteen was none… I don’t think it can be called a hotel when it’s next to a national way and was full of vans and trucks.. reception staff where nice and helpful.. I don’t think it worth it the money… especially I had to go to another room so I can use the iron. I had an elderly person with me, imagine how was for ger…

It was very close to our family in Bollate and downtown Milano. It was clean, air conditioned, great bathroom, plenty of hot water and towels, GREAT PARKING. Fair price, good bedding, nice staff, good breakfast, etc.

Nice choice to visit Milan
Nice hotel, affordable option to visit Milano. Although it's in the suburbs and not walking distance to a train or metro station, it's a great option if you have a car. Rooms are large and comfy, the breakfast is great. The area is very quite and the service is polite, I recommend it if you can afford staying out of the city

Only thing lacking from this hotel is a swimming pool and a decent area to catch some sun, the grass area has too many wild bugs to be able to sit there and enjoy the sun

Comfortable hotel
The hotel was very comfortable. There was an excellent breakfast and reasonably priced buffet. We were there to see the Expo and I felt that the 30 minute ride to the Expo was a little longer than I thought it would be but it was an easy ride there and back.

Great place if you have a car in Milan
We loved the proprietors and staff!!! We met a business traveller from London (I'd give you his name but don't want to intrude on his privacy) that has been staying here for over 15 years at the little bar area on first night of 3. He gave us tips on how to get around, introduced us to the owners, the bartenders, and the taxi service that came in handy because I did not wish to drive into Milano central---and made our stay a really great one. I know that doesn't address the actual hotel staff but it spoke volumes to us. Our room was clean, with single beds that we knew would be there. While the actual facilities may lack some amenities, the restaurant is not lacking in quality and value. We also liked the included breakfast. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay because of our interaction with the folks in the hotel. We closed the bar 2 nights--maybe you'll understand how kinda cute that is when you see the bar! If you are interested in interacting with the local folks I believe your stay here will be a pleasant one.

Good for an overnight stay
Located in a residential district and not far from the Milan exhibition centre, this is is essentially a business hotel but with very comfortable rooms and ideal for an overnight stay as it is very close to the motorway exit. Decent quality restaurant that is open quite late.

We have stayed at La Torretta. The hotel is adequate, but not great. Small rooms. Little view. Great location if you are visiting Arese. Good restaurant. Friendly staff.
