Room is very small and the pillows are very flat . And no iron in the room and the old guy in the from in very nice but does not understand English but over all is good place to stay one it two nights

Lovely hotel
This is a hidden little gem of a hotel! The staff are really helpful and accomondating - five star service! The room cleanliness was very good despite the hotel being a bit dated. Simple but sufficient breakfast, they can make you a nice cappucciono and fresh croissants etc are available. Only downside for us was that sound isolation is not great, especially with a room on the ground floor we could hear movement from the reception and breakfast area early as it's not separated by a door. The location is nice, near S train and tram which worked for us, it seemed a metro station was being built nearby too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The AC was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. Location is great 30 minutes walk to duomo

Great, cozy, inexpensive hotel that presents as a bed in breakfast. One block from the train station in a quaint neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a no frills, clean, convenient place to lay your head with complimentary breakfast.

Don't take the room near the reception area
The hotel is very nice. Good sizeable room, good value for money, clean, attractive furnishing. The only negative point apart from the fact it's rather far to walk from the centre was the room's position. It was literally on the ground floor right behind the reception so you could clearly hear comings and goings all the time and late into the night. Not good for sleeping after a long day's travel and work. Choose this hotel by all means (it's worth far more than a 2star) but make sure they don't put you in one of the ground floor rooms near the reception.

Bathrooms and rooms were bad, quality of the furnitures were low. Rooms werent same with the ones in the websites and price was too much for the hotel. Except the location rest of the things were bad about hotel.

Don't let the 2 star fool you.. More like a 5 Star
Great hotel close to Duomo in a perfect location to see what Milano has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

Stayed for a short break although the room was small it ticked all the boxes for cleanliness and efficiency, bed was very comfortable and the air con a relief after arriving late due to a delayed flight. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day and our host very helpful & thorough in attending to our needs a pot of tea always a welcome sight. It can however get busy though so you may find yourself trying to shuffle between other guests to get to your cereals or croissants in such an enclosed space but we were happy with what was available. Location wise it did feel a little bit out-of-the-way from the central areas and the metro system with it's delays did cause a few problems but as a hotel I can't fault the staff who were excellent in making sure our adventure was an enjoyable one. Milan is certainly a City we both really cherished and overall the experience a memorable one.

No too many choices in this area, but here is very closing to metro station. Room is small but new and clean. Will be considered for my next Milan biz trip.

Small hotel aprox 30mins walk from the centre
The staff were polite and helpful. The room was on the smaller side, but was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Some signs of age to the fixtures & fittings but otherwise ok.

would not stay here again
The room and the hotel condition overall were ok. Except for one annoying problem we had with the shower. There is enough hot water for a 3-5 min shower and that's it. You need to wait for the boiler to reheat water. Forget about washing your hair, you'll be rinsing it in cold water. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but they couldn't do anything about it.

Great Stay - Great Staff - Convenient Location
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Delizia! The service could not have been better! The staff was more than helpful and friendly. Likewise, the attended breakfast service was the perfect start to each day! This hotel is very convenient to public transportation and all of the points of interest in Milan - it is also very easy to get to/from the airports and Central Station (Trains). The immediate area around the hotel is terrific for enjoying the everyday life in Milan.

This hotel cost more than its worth. Small room with small bathroom. The bright orange-coloured bed and curtains made matters worse. Meagre breakfast in the morning failed to appease my disgruntled wife. Wi-fi worked fine though. And the staff was helpful. I would not probably want to live here again.

Had a wonderful long weekend in Milan!
This was our first time visiting Milan. Hotel Delizia was very reasonably priced, although we knew it wasn't in the heart of the city. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the exceptional courteousness of the lobby personnel (Julio was extremely helpful and gracious with us!). It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the Duomo, depending on traffic, how fast you walk. I didn't find the distance bothersome at all, as long as it wasn't raining! Overall, I would stay here again, it served our needs, was clean, and the front desk was very helpful to us. Extremely reasonable pricing for a large European city.

Better than some 3-star hotels.
I booked my room at the Hotel Delizia on account of the high customer rating, and inexpensive room rate. The location was easy for the taxi to find, the hotel staff was courteous and professional, my room was ready immediately and was clean and comfortable. This was a welcome reception after my tiring day of travel. This was my first time in Milan, the hotel employees were more than happy to help me find my way around, from directions to the public transportation, where to get money from an ATM, and suggestions on where to go for a good meal close by, a historical site seeing, or where to find the nightlife. The breakfast in the mornings were just right and served by the staff, and there was always someone available if you wanted a cup of coffee or something from the bar. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Delizia, I will definitely be staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money on a simple hotel room.

Anniversary Celebration in Milan
We selected Hotel Delizia for it relative proximity to Aeroporto Milano Linate as well as Centro. A subway stop is just a block away and taxi service is prompt. We wanted a smaller hotel in a residential neighborhood for a quieter environment and Hotel Delizia fulfilled our expectations. The breakfast was appropriate for continental breakfasts. The room and hotel in general was clean and the staff was helpful answering our questions.

This is a great budget hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to trains that will take you anywhere in Milan. Rooms were spotless and exactly as pictured online. Will definitely be returning.

It's a nice place to stay especially when you don't. Want to spend to much. It's close to metro. And city center. It's about 25-30walking distance .
