“Feel confident to recommend this hotel on staff friendliness and location.”
This hotel is in a great location and is exceptional due to its staff. The hotel is in a central location. From Linate airport Number 73 bus stops within 100 mtres. Every member of staff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel may be a little tired in that decor is a few years old but the hotel and the rooms are very clean. Resturant and bar staff were all professionals. I had a very comfortable stay and would choose his hotel again.

Trés bon hôtel, trés bien situé, proximité du Duomo ainsi que des commerces. Métro également à proximité, personnel courtois et sympathique et en plus un excellent petit déjeuner.

“Great hotel in a great area”
The room was large and confortable. It was in a great location for shopping and restaurants, without having the noise of the piazza. The bus to Linate stops beside the hotel. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. This is our second stay there and we would stay again.
“Galileo fantastic Milan hotel”
Larger than expected room (by European standards), fantastic location steps from prime shopping and the Duomo. Amenities in room were terrific - remote control window shades, bathroom scale, turndown service, plenty of shelf and cabinet storage, room for both of our suitcases without getting in the way.

I would definitely return to this hotel. Everything about it was perfect. I'm a shopaholic and I went to Milan to shop - this hotel backs right up to one of the major shopping areas - it's right behind the Duomo - and by going through one of the shops behind the hotel, you're right on the main drag. What could be better!! The hotel, itself, was also great. The bathroom was amazing - huge with a long counter, a fluffly robe and slippers, great daylight for the makeup mirror, extremely clean and convenient. The room was equally convenient. Even the breakfast was great. I was greeted each morning and the coffee/tea/cappacino appeared before I could fill my plate at the extensive buffet. This hotel was the best of my trip and if I return to Milan, I will definitely stay there.

Hotel très bien situé non loin du Duomo, mais très calme et d'un grand confort, à la déco 70 charmante, offrant un service efficace. Beaucoup de personnalité pour un hotel de ce type et de cette taille et un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
“Satisfied Customer”
The hotel service was great from the beginning. Although we arrived at the hotel earlier than their check-in time, they saw to it that the rooms were cleaned and ready for us within a short time. The downside to all this was both rooms smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering and when we asked to change rooms, we were told that there were no non-smoking rooms at that hotel. However, they sprayed the the rooms and, by the time we returned, the smoke odor was gone. Tiny old style TV in one of the rooms and 2 flat screens in the other, which included a sitting room. Spacious rooms and nice and clean bathrooms, and the beds were made every time we vacated the rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding -- hot and cold food and lots of fresh fruits.

Well situated near Duomo and all forms of public transport. Easy access, 1 euro from Linate airport. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast superb choice and quality. Comfortable.
