A nice hotel located close to Malpensa Airport. Stayed there because of early morning flight. It was 5 minutes by car to the airport and they provide shuttle service as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Shuttle to and from airport was excellent, fast and convenient. Located in a residential area. Only one restaurant nearby but it is very good. Perfect for pre or post flight overnight stay at a fraction of the cost of on-airport lodging.

This is false advertising on the hotel's part, it was advertised everywhere as a four star hotel. This is more like a one star hotel if that. As soon as we entered the room there was a foul smell coming from the toilet. The toilet is completely disgusting with stains on the seat and smelled of urine. The shower handle had mold on it. The room was so dusty because you could see the dust on the pillows and the bed. There was also a stain on the wooden floor which seemed to not have been cleaned at all. This hotel cheated us by advertising itself as a four star hotel when it is not even one star.

Property was clean and nice but the employees would not let me and my kids share just 1 room for an early morning flight the next day. we were made to purchase a second room so each person had a bed all my kids are under the age of 9. Other than that scam beautiful place just not very family friendly.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, the safe did not work, the door closer was broken and hanging off the door and the bathroom was badly in need of repair. Then we went to the bar and the staff tried to charge me more than what the price in the menu.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the airport transfer bus came quick to pick us up. There was no dining within the hotel so you had to go next door to a pizza restaurant but didn't have alot of choice, only pizza's, so if you don't like pizza then you are stuck ! There is a restaurant 5 minutes walk away but you need to reserve as very busy. Hotel was a bit tired in places, not many facilities, there were bugs on the windows. We had a good stay, didn't cost alot so you get what you pay for.

We have stayed at this location various times. It is very convenient for a 1 night especially if you have to be at the airport early the next day. They pick you up at the airport and drop you off the next day without a problem it is only 5 minutes away by car but they will charge you a fee of course. The problem we had was the restaurants; they only have a new Pub nearby which you have to walk a little to get there but unfortunately we didn't visit it, instead we went to the one next door Ristorante La Cuercia. We had been there before and it was OK, but I don't know what has happened in a year's time becuase the service was soooo bad we had to leave the retaurant without eating our dinner! We were waiting more than 1 1/2 hour for a simple Spaghetti a la Carbonara, ridiculous, and the worst part is they were not phased by our frustration at all !!! Will not stay at this hotel again because of the lack of a decent restaurants nearby.
