“Will definitely be going back!”
Fantastic hotel, as my partner said, it was very palatial! The hotel was easy to get to from Linata airport. Very clean, very comfortable and the service was polite. Breakfast was good without being spectacular and sets you up nicely for the day. I did not mind that the cutlery and plates were plastic for breakfast, although others might. Overall, very happy with my stay.
“Milan - a disappointment”
Eventually arrived at the hotel, after no hire car companies would accept debit cards! Its a standard 90euro taxi fee from the airport to the hotel. It is a fair distance but nevertheless felt ripped off! Hotel nice, clean, and very close to the undergroud links. To get to the centre of Milan, you have to get on the underground, which is fairly easy to work out and relatively cheap. Hotel room provided a small kitchen area with fridge/freezer which was great, but there was no kettle, or tea/coffee making facilities?? Hotel was booked on the basis there was a park close by - as taking young child with us. No park/grassed area to be found. Didnt get much sleep due to the heat of the room, air conditioning very noisy and traffic noise could be heard through the closed windows!
“Looks good BUT?”
Room looks good at first but unfortunately the bath tub drain was clog and the ceiling shower didn’t work. Is very well located, just a few meters from metro station.
