A comfortable place to stay
Comfortable,nice and clean hotel,close to the centre of small town of cardano al campo, all the staff is gentle and disponible, sure I can suggest to stay even than more one day in this hotel.

A place to stay after or before a flight
We booked this place for our first night in Italy, so we could stay there after we land. We landed at 23:00. The down side was that they insisted us to call once we get to the airport, even though we e-mailed them in advance (on the same day) our time of arrival and our flight number. So we had to look for a pay-phone in the airport, and they all (3 of them) did not work well and are were 1 euro each failed trial. In the end we somehow reached the driver and we told him we were there. All this was a big hassle! The shuttle itself was convenient, it is about 5-10 minutes drive. We also used it for the next morning to get back back to to the airport to get our car.

Nice hotel near the airport
They picked us up from the airport - the hotel was located nearby. We had a nice double room for a reasonable price and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Called from the airport, quickly been picked up. 5:30 is the morning, shuttle send to the airport. Highly recommend if you are taking an early flight.

Good Hotel as a stop to the Milan Airport
This Hotel was perfect for us to take a very early flight out of the Milan Airport.The room was very clean and quite large with two queen beds although we only needed one bed. The weekend counter person had limited English skills but we got through the checkin and instructions. It really wasn't a place for a long stay as it was situated in a residential neighborhood, but it was well priced for a quick jumping off spot for the airport. Being a family hotel, it was clean but a little bit "worn" regarding the finishes, but we were pleased with the accommodations. We had to leave before the breakfast so we can't comment about that. We'd use it again if we pass through this area.

OK for an overnight
Not quite what I expected, but turned out OK. My first mistake was somewhere along the way missing that we needed to contact the hotel ahead of time, BOTH to arrange for the airport shuttle (I think we got taken for a 20 Euro cab ride) AND so there's someone there to let you in. When we first arrived, the place was locked up. The stair/ and hallway lighting was also a bit lacking - especially at night. Now for the plus side. The proprietor showed up a couple of minutes after we arrived, so no big deal, and once there, was very helpful directing us to food, ATM, and an optical shop (my glasses needed repair) all within a short walk. He also has an arrangement with a local restaurant for shuttle services - turned out to be an easy, decent, dinner at a reasonable price He was also very helpful getting our 5 a.m. shuttle to MXP arranged. So, all in all, it filled our needs with no standout features or negatives.

Ascot Hotel
The staff was excellent and very accommodating, we really enjoyed them. The room however was disappointing. The TV was a computer flat screen that we couldn't get turned on. The floor and walls were old and white and it was a very dimly lit room. The area around the hotel is very nice and we went for a nice walk to dinner at a great Italian restaurant. The shuttle worked very well for us and is only 5 minutes from the terminals. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet with good European fare.

Good Malpensa airport
I was quite satisfied - and I'm a seasoned traveler. They picked me up promptly from MXP with their shuttle, and delivered me on time in the morning. It's only a 10 minute drive so convenient. The contacted a local restaurant which transported me to and from dinner, which was reasonably priced (did not gouge a captive customer). The room was "weathered" but clean. I stayed in a high end hotel the nights and there is a difference, but this was good for the purpose (airport) as the airport is an hour by train from downtown Milan. I chose room on 3rd floor which was quiet. Breakfast was fine, continental with fresh croissants (in a warmer, nice touch) and other typical foods. They have pre-made coffee, but better to pay E1 to buy an espresso/real coffee Only issue is maybe that TV was microscopic (barely bigger than my laptop screen) so even though cable signal was good (often not so in other hotels) it was placed across the room and too small to see from the bed. just to get you to the airport
Ascot is a very worn hotel ,very near the milan malpensa airport. That is it's biggest asset. It's a 10 minute drive from terminal 1. The hotel bathrooms were clean ,but poorly vented, allowing unpleasent odors to build. the carpets were worn and very stained, the beds very lumpy, and the location, next to a graveyard and highway...well, it's an airport stay over hotel... nothing more. The staff was accommodating,and friendly.I just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. Very reasonably priced.

Close to the airport.
This was our last night in Italy so we wanted to be close to the airport. There was free parking and our room was huge and comfortable. It could use a little updating and paint but it was clean. The hotel lobby was nice and we enjoyed drinks at the bar once we got settled in our room. There was no restaurant within walking distance so the manager arranged a ride for us to a local eatery. It was such good food and we really appreciated the manager going the extra mile for us on our last night. The hotel had a good elevator and it probably catered more to business people but it certainly did the trick for us. We had to get up early so we did not check out the breakfast buffet. Hotel in very quiet location just a short shuttle bus ride from airport.Free continental breakfast and clean. Staff are absolutely fantastic and so helpful from the reception thru to the shuttle bus driver.

Suitable for a night staying only
We stayed there due an early morning flight. Not comfortable, poor conditions. A fealing is as in one of cheap hotels near the Central Station in Milano. The only advantages are a parking and 5 min driving to the airport

Good location for Milan flights
Great hotel for anyone flying in or out of Malpensa (Milan) airport. We stayed here before a morning flight and found getting to the airport very easy. We did have a rental car, but the hotel looked like it had a shuttle as well. A nice European breakfast was included and the room was large and well maintained. It also had free underground parking, air conditioning, and free wi-fi, which made it a great value. There isn't much to do in the town itself, much of which closed during the early afternoon and again early in the evening. I'd stay here again anytime I fly through Malpensa.

Best choice for Milan Malpensa
Personnel were courteous, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Shuttle to and from airport for a nominal amount, less than half of the cab fare. Free shuttle to a local restaurant. Wakeup calls, great breakfast, efficient checkout service, reasonable rates. Five minute shuttle ride gets you to the airport.

Ascot Hotel perfect for proximity to Malpensa
Excellent for an overnight stay as you wait for flights form Malpensa. Staff excellent and very helpful, breakfast included and a free shuttle to Malpensa a bonus especially as the taxi the day before from Malpensa cost 20 euros! Whilst it is not close to anything if you are using it as an base to and form the airport it is perfect.

Nice Hotel Near MXP
We try to stay near airport before flying out to minimize hassle. This hotel fits the bill nicely. Shuttle to/from airport every 30 minutes. Nearby trattoria will send a car at no charge to pick you up for dinner. If you want choice of restaurants and have no car, better look elsewhere. Room was large by European standards - had an exercise machine in the room of all things. Hotel setting bucolic though can hear faint road noise from autostrada (I guess). Room clean and functional. Recommend.

Convenient to MXP - very reasonable price - excellent staff
Two star accomodation with 5 star staff. Not fancy, but clean and convenient to airport with shuttle provided. Staff was extremely helpful in every way. We came here because of an early flight out and because of cancellations, stayed two nights. If one seeks good basic accomodations for convenience to the airport, you will find this to be an excellent value. No restaurant close by, but there is a small bar in the hotel. The hotel arranged for a local restaurant to provide transportation for dinner, so no problem getting a meal.

E' vicinissimo all'aeroporto nella zona tranquilla. Sono arrivata la sera molto tardi ma il ragazzo e' venuto dall'albergo per prendermi in macchina, molto gentile. La camera era grande, pulita e c'era tutto il necessario. Ci sono rimasta solo per una notte ma mi e' piaciuto. Lo consiglio.

absolute katastrophe - unfreundliches Personal, Frühstück wurde uns komplett verweigert, obwohl mitbezahlt; da wir schon um 6 Uhr los mussten (normalerweise gibt es dann zumindest ein Brötchen oder Trinkpäckchen. Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen musste mit 20 € bezahlt werden, obwohl vorher tel. zugesichert wurde, dass dieser kostenfrei sei. Umgebung - am ende der Welt an lauter Straße. Fazi: nicht empfehlenswert.

Ziemlich weit draußen
Wer Mailand besuchen möchte sollte sich ein Hotel suchen, das näher an Mailand liegt oder direkt in Mailand. Das Ascot Lodging hat einen Fahrservice (10,-€ pro Tag und Zimmer) mit dem man zu einer bestellten Uhrzeit zum Flughafen Malpensa gefahren wird. Von dort aus ist Mailand Zentrum in ca. 50min zu erreichen. Die Busverbindungen sind gut. Es ist aber nicht besonders schön, weil man ja eigentlich Mailand besuchen wollte. Und am Abend ist auch in Mailand was los, dort nicht. Das Hotel hat eine kleine Bar, man kann sich dort aufhalten, es ist nicht schlimm. Aber wer das Nachtleben von Mailand erkunden will, sollte woanders absteigen.

Mooie rustige locatie. Heel vriendelijke mensen
Het hotel is gelegen aan een mooie en rustige locatie. Het hotel wordt gerund door een famile. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het ontbijt is lekker en compleet. Ruim voldoende keuze. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wij zijn er vier dagen geweest en hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Dit is mede te danken aan de fijne tijd die we in het hotel hebben doorgebracht. Zeker een aanrader.

Abbiamo trascorso presso questa struttura la notte precedente il nostro volo il cui orario era 6:00 dall'aeroporto di Malpensa. E' stata un'ottima base, considerando la poizione, così vicina all'aerostazione e a molti dei "Parking" della zona.

OK per una notte prima di prendere l'aereo
Ho dormito nell'hotel NONOSTANTE EXPEDIA abbia cancellato la mia prenotazione senza avvisarmi. Ho dovuto pagare la stanza più di quanto previsto perché non mi hanno più applicato la tariffa internet. Hotel abbastanza anonimo, nel mezzo del nulla. Frigobar vuoto, spento all'arrivo in camera. È giusto comodo per Malpensa se si ha un volo molto presto la mattina. Offre anche il parcheggio per lungo periodo, ma è più caro dei tanti efficienti parking di Malpensa. Lo consiglio solo se si può usufruire di tariffa scontata.

Tra un volo ed un altro
Hotel un pochino anziano ma pulito, personal molto disponibile. Il servizio di navette è ottimo puntuale nel orario avevo un volo alle ore 5am dovevo essere in aeroporto per le 4am l'autista era presente prima. Divertente nel stanze del terzo piano gli attrezzi per lo sport. E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo tornerò volentieri, inoltre ce un servizio di navetta che porta il cliente in un ristorante vicino dove la pizza è eccellente.
