Breakfast, biscuits and gravy was cold at 8:00 am. Bathtub was very slippery, almost fell twice. Bathroom was not updated.

It was a really nice day. The staff was very friendly and for the most part the hotel was clean. The continental breakfast had excellent choices and they even put out cookies during the day that you could grab if you had a sweet tooth. We definitely enjoyed our stay but probably would not stay here again.
There are a few areas for improvement for example behind the couch and the bed in our room did appear to not have been swept for months if not years. Lots of dust and some amount of trash and a very mucus soiled bath rag had accumulated there. Thank you guys for letting me stay at your hotel while visiting Midland. Wishing you all the best in the years to come.

This was the worst experience in all my life. The hotel had unstutible conditions for our stay. The carpets were filthy, holes in the walls, water on carpet and mold growing on the walls. The doors didn’t close properly and when we tried to address the situation with front desk they didn’t have any solution they stated well stay with they the door opened.

I dud not feel secure in the bathtub taking a shower. The tub felt slippery.

I had dropped my keys on the floor next to the night stand. And found a towel or wash rag understand. Nasty. Water pressure also lacks power and needs to be cleaned or updated.

We checked in late after driving most of the night. The smell of soured/mildewed carpet was in the main hall. The carpet in the room was very dirty along with alot of defered maintenance items. The office chair in the room had the fake vinyl back peeling away. Turned the heater on and the smell of burning lint and dirt stayed with us the whole night. Just want to save someone from staying at a place that is not very clean or maintained.

Some updating could be done
Carpets and floors in room look abit dingy and in Need of cleaning and repair
But bed was clean and fresh looking so a nice nights sleep .. will tell front desk i think the deadbolt on door needs repair so i was abit concerned thru the night that it was not fully locked ..
but it was still an acceptable night
If coming back i may look into another facility just for the mentioned concerns of safety and cleanliness. The upholstered furniture looks like it could be cleaned or replaced with an acceptable easy clean and wipe down

I’ve stayed in 5 different hotels in the last 6 days, while all have been acceptable this one was by far the best. The young lady who checked me in was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. The lobby was very neat and inviting. The room was impeccable and quiet.

Another good stay. But the property definitely needs renovation- room furniture shows significant wear; door to room doesnt close tightly and significant light enters; shower flow is no longer adjustable; faucet in bathroom drips; mirror frame finish is peeling; curtain slides stick when trying to open and close; etc.

I choose this hotel because it was close to Midland Executive Airpark and a good value. It was a bit rougher condition than a higher rated hotel in the area but a good value. I was comfortable and satisfied. I’ll stay here again.

The male front desk personnel was nice and welcoming. Our room had a king bed and sofa pull out bit smaller than other hotel room we have stayed at but overall enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel room, pool, lobby, and eating area was clean.

The staff was nice and very friendly. But, the furniture in the room was worn. There was a rip in one of the sofa cushions and the coffee table was wobbly. One of the legs on the table was broken. We were locked out of our room twice during a 3 day stay. There was very little "quality" in this Quality Inn. Broken floor tiles everywhere and worn-out carpets.

There was a pill left under sink from previous guests which tells me they don’t clean very well. When we flushed toilet it took 1hour before you could flush again so if someone had to go to bathroom after you. You had to either wait or go use one downstairs.

Excellent overall. I was impressed with price, even more so with the hotel. Super breakfast, the towels and bedding were fluffy, not the cheap ones. I’d definitely stay again. This will be my go-to for my quick trips to Midland.
