This pet friendly property is ideally located near multiple dining & shopping establishments. Kroger is also across the street for sundries as well quick items to eat in your room when you’d rather just stay in. Cleaning staff is friendly, helpful but not intrusive. This is our favorite place to stay in the Dayton area when we come to visit relatives & regularly stay here a couple of times a year for multiple nights.

The site seemed understaffed but kind. They didn’t bring things needed to your room but asked you to pick items up from the front desk. There was a piece of broken glass on the pool floor that I cut my foot on. Our tub wasn’t clean upon arrival but was cleaned at our request the next day. The rooms were ok but average. The common areas looked nice though.

False Fire Alarm PTSD
The fire alarm woke us up at 1:15am and I screamed my head off scared to death. It went off for over 10 minutes and no one answered the phone to tell me what was going on. Our room was right next to the alarm and it scared the literal life out of me. I now have PTSD and will probably never be able to stay at another hotel.

I am very sorry about the fire alarm. Unfortunately, this can happen at any hotel. Whenever you have a lot of rooms combined with many different guests, an issue can arise. Unfortunately, we had a guest that overcooked a hot pocket and the smoke set off the alarm. As you can imagine there were quite a few calls, and our staff has to investigate. I am very sorry this happened to you. Please don't let it detour you from staying at hotels. The best course of action is to read the safety card on the back of the door, locate the nearest exit, check the hallway for smoke, and evacuate the building until the alarms stop. As soon as the staff determines the cause of the alarm, they will silence the audible alarms if it is safe to return to the building. The fire department will ALWAYS come as a safety measure and to reset the alarms.

The staff and the hotel are excellent. I loved that they provided water and our dog had a great environment, too. There are a few maintenance things the hotel needs to review. There was a loose towel bar in the bathroom. It could be a risk for someone with no good reflexes. Overall the hotel was great!

I stayed there with my husband and two young children and I can tell you that if you expect any type of cleanliness, don’t stay here. When we first entered our room, I noticed that the decorative chairs had stains all over them. Even the one in our bedroom did. I had to ask for e tea sheets so I could cover the chairs so that we could sit down on something clean. When I opened the sofa bed for my 6 year old to sleep on, that mattress was also covered in black stains. So disgusting. Speaking of clean…you have to request to have your room cleaned. We did so 3 times and only once did someone come. The one time housekeeping actually came after our first night, they didn’t even make our beds. It was hard to even tell that the room had even been cleaned. Then, when I called the front desk on our last day to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they told me that housekeeping said they had been there, implying that somehow I was mistaken. I assured her that no one had cleaned our room. I’m pretty sure I would know the difference. Our room had towels that needed replacing, and overflowing trash cans. I called the front desk to ask for more towels and she told me to come down and get them since she was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk. The only good people were the ones working the breakfast bar. Overall this place is horribly understaffed and the cleanliness is way below par. You’re better off staying somewhere else. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

The rooms were out dated. The desk lamp didn't work, the iron had stuff melted on the service, the internet kept going out the first day - so no TV, a false fire alarm went off at 9:00 in the morning and was not shut off a half hour!! For being a Hilton and the price... My husband and I were very disappointed!

It’s a bit of a maze to get back to the hotel, but I love that it’s next door to a grocery store and gas station. The single bed room was spacious and had several plugs that could be used for charging electronics, just make sure you bring a wall adapter, since there are no usb outlets. Also plenty of food options without leaving the Austin Landing complex. Staff was very friendly. I would come back to this hotel for future visits to the area.

Besides trash and sheets nice room.
Clean room though the trash under the sink wasnt emptied when we got there we just didnt use it. Sheets do not fit the bed kept coming off while sleeping. Other than that that a nice room.

The tub was not at all clean, I took pictures. There were hairs/pubs still in the tub. I took pics of that as well. There were also two big white stains splattered on the curtains. Visable as soon as you walked into the room. I took pictures of that as well. The jacuzzi tub had horrible water pressure it took almost 30 minutes to fill it up. It was very disappointing especially after spending $300 for the room😒😒
