“Nice hotel”
Stay at Villa Italia for 1 night last week. It is a small but nice and clean hotel in South Beach. Excellent service and convenience location. Bus stop is just in front of hotel, and only 2 blocks from the beach. Beach towel is provided without charge. Overall a nice stay.

“Superb hotel in a superb location”
- Staff were very friendly and helpful - Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday! - Room was of a high specification including large tv and iPod dock - Location was perfect as near the beach and main tourist attractions

idéalement situé en bas de ocean drive a distance de l'avenue bruyante. près des avenues marchandes et des plages ainsi que des restaurants. très accueillants et disponibles. seul la prise du petit déjeuners est problématique ,car seulement 2 tables sur la terrasse.
“Very comfortable and clean!”
It is in a very good location. only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet not too rowdy. It was perfect. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Small but very cozy!
“Weekend In Miami Beach”
My wife and I stayed at Villa Italia hotel and we really enjoyed it. The place is very new, super clean, and very comforable. All of the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The Miami Beach bus stops right in front of the hotel and $0.25 takes you to within a few blocks of wherever you what to go in Miami beach. On a price/performance ratio, this place probably can't be beat in Miami Beach.
“Déçu par rapport aux avis donnes.”
Hotel très bien située, a proximité de la plage, Ocean Drive , Bus, Supermarché, location vélo, dans un quartier calme. La chambre était spacieuse, et bien décorée. La literie de grande qualité. Les points négatifs sont l'isolement entre les chambres et les étages : La porte de la chambre avait un jour sur le bas, qui laissait passer la lumière mais surtout le bruit du couloir, et le claquement des portes de autres voyageurs et surtout de la porte d'accès a l'extérieur. Le plus gênant était le planché entre notre chambre et la chambre a l'étage. Le moindre pas était très gênant. Certaines nuits ont été très courtes a cause du bruits. Le sol de la salle de bain etait tres salle, alors que le reste etait impecable. Le service est très sympa, cordial et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner inclut tres basique.

For a hotel in this price range we expected more. Room facilities were lacking and staff seems disinterested in offering information and assistance.
