“Excellent service at central hotel with easy access to MIA, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, etc...”
We were only visiting for a quick overnight, but were able to do everything we wanted with the great location of this hotel. Rooms are very plush and well decorated, excellent service from all, awesome huge rooftop pool and views across the Bay. Highly recommended.
“Can't wait to go back”
Absolutely loved this hotel. The 15th floor infinity pool was paradise with the most spectacular view of Miami. The service at the hotel was great. The rooms are nice but do partially face the main road even when you request river view. Slight disappointment but hearing the occasional car go by was fine once you got used to it and the rest of the hotel and it's amenities made up for it. Surrounding brickell area is really nice. I loved that brickell village shops and restaurants were in walking distance of the hotel. I will definitely be back to Miami and the viceroy Miami hotel.
“Very good hotel”
The Tv chanels are limited mostly news mor Tv chanels will good. Also I found small bugs in the room of the toillet they colud come in toilet paper
“wonderful pre-cruise hotel”
Wonderful boutique hotel, convenient to airport and pier and exceptional service and staff.Walking distance to restaurants, Publix and surrounded by beautiful grounds.A nice start to any pre-cruiser's vacation .Will not be dissapointed.
“Warm welcome”
People at this hotel were very friendly; the hotel is modern, in perfect condition; its design is original. It is situated downtown, not the ideal touristic location but only 10 minutes to South Beach by cab.

Visited in May 2010 for a conference and was very impressed with this beautiful boutique hotel. The 15th floor pool and hot-tub is to die for. Also enjoyed a lovely meal at Eos. Fantastic service and amazing value for less than the big chain hotels nearby.

“Best pool and view of Brickel area”
Excellent hotel, excellent service, my only problem was that I was charged the wrong amount to my room and never returned it, despite the call and put the complaint never did anything about it. but not so I will give a bad review of the service. in fact I use the same chain in December in Snowmass. thanks.
