“You get what you pay for”

If you want an extremely cheap place to stay and don't really care about frills or well... any sort of charm whatsoever, then this hotel is fine. Our room was clean and the beach was nice, but the place is kind of a dump. They also double and triple park all of the cars, so beware if you have an early flight out (you have to leave your car keys at the front desk).

“Great locale...marginal rooms”

It is in a great area but the rooms need a little work. If the price is right, go for it but keep the hopes realistic.

“Good location, but low quality”

The hotel was not great, but it was cheap and right on the beach, which is all we really cared about. Location is their selling point, not so much the quality of the hotel.

“Cheap, bare necesities”

All you need for a short stay on the beach in Sunny Isles. Nice neighborhood, free shuttle to South Beach. Fun stay.

“Great Beach Location”

This hotel is in a great beach front location. It was built back from the late 50 early 60 decade from when you remember the motel/hotel strips. The rooms are not very comfortable, but it reminds you of the history of Florida before the highrises took over.

“it's OK”

When I pulled up my words were: "is this a hotel? Looks like a motel!" But I guess it is OK for the price because it's right on the ocean and in good area. I personally stayed there because my brother lives not far from it, he actually suggested we'd switch to this one (we had different hotel reserved farther away from his place).

“It's just old”

It seems like it has everything other hotels have, but it is just old. The best thing is that it's on the ocean and in a good neighbourhood. I guess it's still good for the price.
