Unkompliziertes Strandhotel am Boardwalk

Posted 29-Jan-2015
Pros: Die Lage.

Cute, trendy hotel in the heart of South Beach!

Posted 23-Jan-2015
Pros: Location, price, cleanliness, modern decor. Rooftop lounge was gorgeous!
Cons: The fragrance in the lobby?? UGH. Too much. No carpet in the room kinda felt like a hospital. Lounge closed too early, and why plastic cups??
Location: Great lounges and clubs within walking distance! Amazing food, shopping centers, etc. Uber and cab service to everything, less than $10 to anything!
Great location, great price! Stayed for 3 nights, and had a blast in South Beach. Glad I booked with this hotel. :)

Hotel sehr laut

Posted 18-Jan-2015
Pros: Die Lobby

Stayed for my wedding - Nice staff, clean rooms

Posted 16-Jan-2015
Spacious for South Beach. Room was a little loud at night, facing Collins but that's to be expected. Rooms seemed to be new, clean, comfortable. Staff was helpful and nice. Great location.

Nice accommodation near the beach of Miami

Posted 29-Dec-2014
Pros: Location in 1 to 2 min. walking distance to the beach, very nice and kind staff.
Cons: Breakfast is for Europeans - especially Germans - not very satisfying. I personally missed a swimming pool.
Location: In walking distance to Ocean Drive, restaurants, shopping centre, beach. Also good public transportation opportunities to airport/other loc. by bus.
We stayed at Townhouse for two nights before we started a cruise ship trip at the Port of Miami. We enjoyed the beach and the day/night life of South Beach.

Small and cozy hotel, close to the beach

Posted 24-Dec-2014
Pros: french style breakfast
We liked this small hotel as it was very close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although, street noise coming through not-so-sound-proof windows bothered a little at night.

Close to beach, mattress was hard!!!

Posted 19-Dec-2014
If you like a firm mattress, you might love this hotel. I did not sleep well at all due to the hard mattress. Bathroom is small with toilet right next to the sink, no tub. Close the toilet lid or you may lose some items like I did. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

Pros: The rooftop lounge.
I'm no hotelier, but here's a couple things I'm pretty sure about. If there's another building between you and the ocean, you're not really an oceanfront property. The HVAC should work. It didn't. During cocktail hour on a Friday, it's best not to tell guests they have to get up and leave your rooftop bar because you are closing -- so you can have a party for hotel employees only. Especially when said rooftop bar, may be the one saving grace of your property. The list goes on. The rooms do look somewhat like the photos, but in person they're cheesy, and poorly appointed. Oh, and parking is nonexistent. Figure another $35/night at the local garage. Overall, staying at this place gives the impression that its management has seen hotels from a distance, but never actually stayed in one.
