“Perfect Stay for the price”
Had a great experience at this hotel. Half the price of many of the surrounding hotels and didn't have to sacrifice quality. The staff was very friendly, rooms were modern and clean, and had all of the amenities one would want.
“Perfect to relax and party”
Ask for a lower floor far from the roof top or far from the neighbour nightclub if you want it quiet. Courtesy breakfast with essencials, very nice! Free wireless everywhere. Perfect location. People are very kind to help you!
“funky place”
just got back from here. its probably for the younger folk. breakfast setup was different (in the lobby). everything else fantastic especially the staff who are so helpful. its got a good section of beach and the other hotels let you use their pools if you buy a drink. would have prefered to be a little further down collins but that's only cos i'm english and got lazy in the heat, although its close to lincoln which is better for shopping and eating anyway. will be back
“great place to stay at affordable prices”
The hotel is located a couple of minutes walking to the gourgeous Miami Beach in a really safe part of town, about 10 minuts walking from Lincoln Road where shopping needs can be satisfied. We did not rent a car but everything in South Beach is at walking distance. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bath towels changed. Air conditioning was working properly (and you will really need it!!!) as well as the equipments available (TV, safe, ipod speakers etc...) we really enjoyed the room service facilities provided by the japanese restaurant located in the basement of the hotel which apparently is a big it in South Beach. Most of the hotels located on the beach have a swimming pool, which Townhouse does not have, (they have instead a great roof terrace)but we did not miss it as, as mentioned before, it is very close to the sea. A big plus of this hotel is the staff, especially the receptionists, which have always been willing to help us and provide us informations about the nightlife, shopping and everything else we need it. they have always welcomed us with a big smile and nothing seemed to be "too much to ask for". we have really enjoyed our stay at Townhouse Hotel and we reccomend it to anyone who like us does not have a big budget but still want to fully enjoy the Miami Beach experience.
“great for the price...”
aesthetically, it's what i expected based on pics and descriptions online. the decor was contemporary and the facilities looked clean. if i had to mention only one gripe it would be soo minor; indicating my own fastidiuosness... and that's just the rug in the room- needs a shampoo. other than that, the employees were doing their job, place looked shiek, and the rooftop lounge and sushi bar downstairs were bonuses. and i particularly chose this location as well because it wasn't directly amidst the south beach bustle.

This accommodation was very crisp and clean. It offered breakfast and friendly service. The accommodation was affordable and close to the beach. The room was tiny, but we only stayed for one night, so it suited us fine.
“Great hotel”
Townhouse hotel is a very nice place to come and relax and have fun. Was very helpfull staff and the rooms were clean. And on friday/saturdays you could enjoy the towns highest party on the rooftop :)
