In addition to direct beach access, The Perry South Beach offers two infinity-edge pools with ocean views, cabanas, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. One is on the rooftop, the other is on the mail Pool Plaza.
Dining options at The Perry South Beach include a rooftop poolside restaurant and bar, an outdoor café on the Pool Plaza, the G Café coffee shop, and an outpost of New York's seductive STK steakhouse. A coffee lounge is also on site. The Louis nightclub is a Parisian-inspired hotspot.
The David Barton Gym + Spa features 10 treatment rooms, an aromatherapy steam room, and 42,000 square feet of fitness space.

Vibrating with color and sound, David Barton's exclusive Miami flagship gym and spa has the largest gym floor in South Beach, with 42,000 square feet of fitness space, including two floors of interactive cardio machines and free weights. The facility also features a 30-foot high glass and metal dome, entrance reflecting pools, and inlaid mosaic floors. In addition to personal trainers and fitness equipment, guests will find a dedicated yoga studio, ten spa treatment rooms, aromatherapy steam room, and ocean views.

“Guest Robes”

“Amazing Pools and Great Service”
Stayed at the Gansevoort South for Labor Day weekend and it was amazing. The rooms were very roomy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is so hip. The rooftop pool and the infinity pool are breathtaking. My only issue is that drinks, room service are VERY pricy but that was to be expected.

Great pool deck...the service was phenomenal, the food was great and the prices for the room was very reasonable. The staff was very accomadating and the rooms were comfortbale and nicely furnished. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting relaxation and lots of fun.

This is a great hotel that really captures the essence of South Beach without being too over the top.
“Biggest Room's Ever”
Great hotel, albiet not entirely finished. Hotel decor, services and layout are excellent. Some floors are not finished and hence there is a lot of banging and stuff going on, but only during daytime working hours so tolerable enough i guess as Miami is so hot, you should be spending time in your room during the day. Steak Bar is not open as yet, along with the David Barton Gym & Spa and also the downstairs club. Biggest room i hav ever stayed in and i've been to many good hotels which i payed double the Gannsevoort room rate and they were tiny. Best complimented room i have ever had - huge bathroom, towels, toiletries, beach towels, sandals, newspapers. Best stocked minibar i have ever seen, albeit little bit expensive then they always are.

It was one of the best experiences I've every had in a hotel. The service was outstanding, people were very friendly and willing to accommodate you in every possible way. I travel very often and I wish I could have the same hotel in every city that I visit ... I simply loved it!
“Excellent, Hip New Hotel in South Beach”
The property is amazing with an infinity pool and restaurant/bar area on the lower level and a rooftop pool with sushi bar!. Everywhere outside are really comfy sitting areas, music and beautiful landscaping that add to the experience. The beach is beautiful, of course too. Rooms are all new and oversized. Feather beds made for the best sleep ever. Most important though? You can't find better service anywhere - especially in South Beach. They really go out of their way to make your stay special. ***** Stars
