“wonderful treatment”

very nice hotel. right on the water. beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. About 10 blocks walk from the shopping street Lincoln Road and a short taxi ride to the heart of south beach. We stayed facing the cheaper city view, not the ocean. The view wasn't that great, but the room was very nice and clean. the room was nicely luxurious with robes and a nice shower. No tub unfortunately... I would say it was slightly small... but very nice hotel on the beach... expensive beers by the pool were a bit pricey, but hey, it's vacation. Poolside service was fantastic and the lounge chairs and towels were first class. Very nice. Definitely would stay again.

“Great hotel, very friedly staff.”

It was the first time we stayed at the Palms, and we were looking for something in Miami Beach, close to the Art Deco district but not too noisy. This was just lovely, a nice restaurant, the staff is always ready to help. It was a great stay.

“Will stay again”

Hotel is worth the money. clean rooms, nice atmosphere, second time I stayed there. Will stay there again when in Miami Beach. Only problem we had was one of the elevators was not working the entire time we were there. Did not seem to be a priority to get it fixed.

“Girl's Weekend”

I stayed at The Palms in Miami Beach with a friend for a weekend getaway in September. The service at the hotel was excellent. We arrived at the hotel 10am Friday morning and they allowed us to check in right away because our room was ready. The room itself was superb. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The hotel as a whole looks and feels like a 5 star hotel on the inside. The back of the hotel is set up like a tropical paradise with direct access to the beach and private lounge chairs and umbrellas. As for getting around Miami Beach from the hotel it was very easy with a bus stop a block away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pampered, comfortable stay. Our only issue was that either the pipes or the air ducts were making loud banging noises ever 30mins, it was tolerable but just got annoying when sleeping.

“Lovely Hotel”

As an experienced guest at 4- and 5-star hotels, I wasn't as outraged as some of your reviewers at the price of drinks, or the charge for excellent breakfasts outside under the palms. The staff was extremely gracious and friendly--even given the overflowing holiday crowd. A lounge chair and an umbrella were always available by the pool. Hotel guests were a delightfully eclectic group: they included many Germans, one fellow with dark sunglasses and a Rastaman hairdo, some Brits, a few Latin Americans, several New Yorkers, all getting along well. I recommend the oceanview rooms: the wide prospect that they provide is worth it, especially since hotel rooms in South Beach--with its art deco architectural history--tend to be somewhat smaller than at comparable resorts at Puerto Vallarta or throughout Hawaii.

“Perfect vacation hotel!”

The staff was great! Perfect location if you'd like to walk down to South Beach while still having your own private piece of the beach. The oceanview from our room was spectacular!!!
