“More than expected!”

Looking at the reviews,we were a bit apprehensive in the beginning,but went ahead with the booking with a last minute deal.But the hotel gave as much more than expected.The lobby was great and he rooms were fine.Has Valet parking 24/7 without much wait time.The breakfast was much better than any other hotel we had been, with a similar star rating,that too at the pool view restaurant with ample space.The hotel is within 5mi from South beach and is easily accessible.We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back, if we don't get anything near the beach next time.

“Very nice hotel”

I´m very satisfied with hotel location just beside the beach , cleanliness of the room and customer service . The room is not high quality but it´s ok to me.

“Worth a re-visit”

Fantastically located and quite equipped, the hotel definetly deserves a re-visit. Sudden unexpected health problems made me cooped up in the room, but all things considered ill give it a thumbs-up, possibly two. Would have liked a balcony, considered the closeness of the ocean (despite not really facing it).

The rooms are ok if you want to sleep and if you are not going to spend too much time in your room. everything else is fine.

Great location with restaurants and stores close within walking distance. Restaurant on site. Supermarket on site. Beach within a couple feet. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love staying here. For the price on Miami Beach along with the location you cannot complain. Some parts of the hotel is outdated due to its traditional look like more Miami Beach hotels but its still worth the price you pay and being right on the ocean with a convient 711 right across the street for you quick needs. Recommend if travelling or coming on a budget and want to stay on the Ocean.

“Hôtel The New Casablanca on the Ocean à MIAMI: Attention”

Bonjour à tous.Je reviens d'un séjour de trois semaines et j'ai séjourné deux nuits dans cette hôtel .Tout d'abord,je tiens à dire que le personnel est très gentil serviable et il y a toujours quelqu'un qui parle français.L'hôtel à une plage avec accès privatif en face de l'établissement et une piscine qui est assez bien entretenu.Maintenant les points négatifs.L'hôtel doit être rafraichi,les chambres sont propres mais on voit q'un coup de peinture serai le bien venu et l'insonorisation ainsi que certains couloirs sont à refaire.La première nuit a était un calvaire,j'ai du faire même intervenir la sécurité à cause du bruit tandis que la deuxième c'est mieux passé car il n'y avait presque personne à l'étage.Le petit déjeuné était infâme mais gratuit heureusement sauf que pour les personnes qui voyagent avec des enfants de plus de 15 ans, ces derniers doivent payer car ils sont considérés comme adultes alors que leurs nuits sont gratuites( bizarre non ) .Donc hôtel à éviter si vous êtes en famille ou pour un long séjour.Une dernière chose.Attention au valet qui s'occupe de garer votre voiture,c'est 18 dollars plus le pourboire pour le parking et mon véhicule est revenu avec des coups en prime.Je le dit haut et fort c'est du vol.A vous de juger.Bonne vacances.
