Property Amenities
The 700-foot-long stretch of white-sand beach bordering The Deauville Beach Resort is a huge draw, as are the resort's outdoor pool and spa tub overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach sun lounges and beach towels are available for all guests.
An indoor promenade, on the lower level of the resort, includes the Health Spa & Salon (surcharges). A fitness center offers aerobics and yoga nearby, belly dancing, spinning classes (surcharges) and ecotours in the nearby area.
The independently owned Deauville Lounge features live jazz performances and dinner service. The club, located off the lobby, is open Tuesday-Sunday evenings (subject to change).
A business center has complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. A total of 75,000 square feet of meeting space, two ballrooms (including the Napoleon Ballroom, where The Beatles recorded a 1964 performance on The Ed Sullivan Show), two boardrooms, and 12 flexible function rooms ranging from 500 to 7,000 square feet, are available.

“Loved the Deauville Beach Resort”
My daughter(20yrs old)and I(36) stayed at the Deauville for five nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was great as well as the pool, tikibar and beach which is literaly steps away from the hotel. I will return to the hotel with the rest of my family next year. It was wonderful!!!
“Right on the beach-”
Fancy hotel for a good price... Close to everything- club & bar across the street and a great pizza place right next door for when you are done- Bus to South Beach a block away. It was the perfect place to stay.
“Came here for spring break”
The hotel itself is average, but the rooms are excellent. We checked in late and were upgraded to a oceanfront room with balcony. The pool and beach were great, too. It's about a 15 minute, $20 cab ride to the South Beach area. I would definately reccomend for someone looking to stay in a quiet area, but wants access to night life as well.

Great hotel for a vacation with beautiful beach front. I came with my family and we all had a great time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The resort has everything you need with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

When I first arrived I was greeted politely by the bellmen who offered excellent service. The hotel room was beautiful, and being a beatles fan, I loved that they had played and stayed there. Along with the beauty and grandeur of the hotel, the history behind it, as it is one of those oldest hotels in Miami Beach, makes the experience that much more magical. We had an excellent time at the jazz/latin club, and the food at Cafe De La Mer was great. Couldn't complain.

i was very satisfied with the rooms..the accessoirs and the cleaness. all the staff was very friendly and i was treated very nicely at all aspects.loved the bar area on the first floor and one of the best ocean views i have seen
“Beautiful Hotel”
My stay at The Deauville was very enjoyable. The room had a nice view and was very clean. The pool is clean and large. The fact that it is located right on the beach is a bonus - no busy roads to cross. It is nice to go for a walk on the beach. Moreover, The Deauville is architecturally really beautiful and a great example of MiMo style. The journey to South Beach (Deauville is located in Mid Beach) takes about 8 minutes and costs roughly 15 USD. If you want to go on an organized tour somewhere, e.g. the Everglades, the concierge staff is very helpful and helped me with that.

The hotel and staff was very impressive. I stayed only 1 night but plan on going back. I understand that you get charged for the beach equipment even though you don't use it and you have no choice really but then to use valet service. But the whole experiance leaves you feeling like royalty. I did ask for a full oceanview and only got partial/ Thank God there was no price differance. Miami's waters make you forget it all. I loved it. The towels could be of higher quality. :)

If u want nice hotel, nice and comfy bed, nice people at the pool, nice n clean pool, not too many quests at pool, nice beach and nice location, u should come here. I am not kind of person who is asking for 5 stars hotel, but i can tell u that this is very nice hotel. U have a lot of restaurants around this hotel, (go n try Manolo, best food ever), very nice and polite people at pool, and beach is beautiful. I think this is nice hotel, and best time to come is May or June, cause its not season for USA and there is not to many people. Only one thing was weird for me, thats girl in front desk, i think her name is Charlotte, she was very rude, but young man, Keith was very nice and he give me nice room clean with partial ocean view, and dont think that partial view is suck, cause actually 50% of ur view is bulinging across, and rest is ocean n beach. SO people come and try, n u will go home happy and satisfied.
