“Excellent stay in south beach!”
Hotel was just as described! Would recommend as the pictures do capture the cleanliness, comfortable room with all the modern amenities you need. Bonus was the fridge for cold drinks. Close to reasonable restaurants. Will stay there again!
“Great time's with my boyfriend and toddler”
The hotel was awesome!! Walking distance to everywhere because we were central of everything as in restaurants, spa's, Miami Ink (Love Hate), Gelato ice cream, great shopping on collins ave... We were close to Dash Miami (the kardashians) Wal greens and cvs was near by... Loncoln Road outdoor malll was 4 blocks away with an amazing theatre. The walk was always great because we were so close to everything. Subway was right next to the hotel the people were nice but got to watch the guy he will rip you off with the tour people got to watch that, its easier to take a transit bus then paying $90 for a ride... but overall this hotel was great for me n my family we had 2 rude awakenings on a thursday n friday from drunken young guys but the rest of our week was good n no disturbance!
“Purrfect”
This hotel was great and the room was very nice. Very clean & quiet for sleeping. What you read is what you get. I looked at other hotels costing much more and they were nowhere near as good,
“South Beach encounter”
The girls were very impressed. Outside looked old, inside was very modern and clean. Great value. Very comfortable beds. My only complaint was the light on the balcony/walkway shined through the frosted glass doors.
“Cool place and GREAT location!”
This hotel was awesome! The staff was great, the rooms were nice and the location was perfect! Right next to the beach, great stores and of course the nightlife. And the front desk staff were very helpful in letting us know where to go since we were unfamiliar with the area. I would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hopefully can stay here again!

rooms are comfortable and big, well furnished, in a great spot, one block away from beach, one to ocean drive, close to lincoln road, and people is nice...I strongly recomend this hotel if you want to save some money.
“Spacious and well located, with great staff!”
I've stayed in 3 other hotels on SoBe in previous years and the Suites South Beach beat them all, hands down. The rooms are spacious and have the convenience of a microwave and fridge for when you don't want to dine out. There's also an ouside washer and dryer on site. The staff (Meliss, Richard and Alex) were outstandingly helpful and friendly - so much so, we stayed on an extra week here.

Great location convenient to everything on South Beach and parking available right around the corner. Great room for the price and Chris (in Office) was very helpful. Will stay here for sure on next trip.
“Best for the price”
Have stayed in several hotels on South Beach over the years, but this is the best for your money. Clean spacy rooms, flat screen T.V., on walking distance form Linclon Rd, etc. The parking Garage is right across the street for only $8 overnight parking.
“Great Location, Great Staff”
We (wife and I) stayed here Nov 11 - 13 2009, First the location is great, it is one block from Ocean's Drive, 4 blocks from Lincoln road where there is shopping and restaurants. Starbucks around the corner and 2 restaurants right beside it. An italian place and a decent breakfast place. Staff were very helpful with information. They were 2 young guys that knew the south beach area pretty well. There is no shuttle from airport to this hotel but the cab ride is a flat $32US. We didn't need to rent a car because we walked all over as everything was close. You only need to explore 3 streets , Washington (clubs and restaurants), Collins (shopping between 5th and 12th) and Ocean's Drive the main area of south beach from 5th to 15th). We recommend checking out Mangoes on Ocean for some fun entertainment and good drinks. Best breakfast place is News Cafe on Ocean's around 7th. Food was fantastic and is usually busy, Nice for people watching. Overall South beach was good however Wed and Thurs seemed a bit slow, Friday picked up as people were out and about. i would recommend coming to South beach on weekend if you want to party...otherwise for some R&R weekday is fine.
